Being a k-8 school, there was an obvious division among grade levels. Our pricipal visited Ron Clark Academy in Atlanta, GA. He was so inspired by what he experienced that he wanted to implement the positive atmosphere into our school. This podcast is a reflection of our journey to create this atmosphere and bridge the great divide.

We are passionate about teaching and we want to share our love for it with others. Teaching is a difficult and stressful job, but because we want to make positive impact on the lives of young people, we push through daily stresses to plant seeds. We are cultivating the climate of our classrooms, that few discipline issues arise. We are respecting and loving our students and they are returning the favor.
