Mastering My Reality Presents: StrictlyformyNegus: Recent Episodes

Nailah X

Hosted by Atlanta Sophistaratchet and Blacktastic Therapist & Poet Nailah X. Royalty is defined as people of royal blood or status. Negus=Royalty in Ethiopian. Who here can attest to the fact that our status has always been royal-by birthright? We can get back into that status once we strip ourselves of low vibrational frequencies and rise above emotions and into the thinking of "ROYALTY". I am also an Empathic Afrocentric Healer so on my podcast I just allow the God in me to speak directly to the God in you. This podcast does not serve as a substitute for therapy- just a great start!

Although the pandemic has benefited some of us with financial gains and much needed rest, we cannot forget about the vast amount of us that are experiencing hardships .

None of us win, unless all of us win.

African American suicide rates have doubled throughout the pandemic. We have to come together as a unit and figure out what can we do to stop this.

We can start by ..

  1. Being able to identify signs of depression

  2. Calling our loved ones more often, and before we talk about ourselves check on their spirit

  3. Encouraging, Supporting, Loving one another

  4. Seeing each other as human and seeing another black person as your sister or brother (do for your family as you would want done for yourself)

  5. Understanding mental illness and knowing when and where to get help

  6. Being able to recognize typical behavior of a person that’s thinking of suicide

Depression is real. Not only is it a sickness but it is a treatable mental health disorder.

Save yourself or a loved one by understanding this vital information.

You may not be able to save the world but if we can all be there to support our loved ones the world would be a better place.

The full video is on my YouTube channel. No edits, because of the seriousness of the topic I chose to just let the God in me talk to the God in you.
