Our weekly podcasts are focused on challenges, solutions and ideas for improvement within your team.

What kind of music are you submerging yourself in throughout the weeks? The music we listen to outside of our rotation will come out in our playing style, often times without thinking about it. This could in turn effect the productivity we have at our rehearsal and Sunday service- could cause frustration that the team isn't playing like the original song/recording.
Having strong (non-romantic) relationships on your team can be a make or break situation. The stronger relationships you have with your worship team and production team, the less stressful it can be when addressing challenges or issues. In this episode we go through a few examples of the benefits, and how it could excel your worship team forward.
