This message centers on the profound truth in Psalm 118:24 - 'This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.' It challenges us to approach each day with purpose and intentionality, recognizing that today is the 'big time' because God has made it.

Have you received the Holy Spirit since you believed? So many in the Church today have never received the Holy Spirit; The Holy Spirit is the power of God, and you can have all the activities, and studies and schedules, but if He isn't there, there's no power. If you have no power, it’s not going to work. Jesus didn’t demonstrate any miracles or power until He received the Holy Spirit. He stepped into power and his life was changed forever.

In part two of the series, “Rooted for Life” Pastor Josiah reveals that whenever you have people there is going to be friction in the differences; But God can use this very thing to refine us. as Iron sharpens iron so does a friend sharpen a friend. The thing about sharpening iron, you need proximity to be able to do it. When we are planted in a community - it is built in closeness - and what does that do, creates proximity to be sharpened.

In part 4 of this series, “Anxious for Nothing, Except…” Pastor Josiah illustrates that anxiety is experiencing failure in advance, which can be a default mode for us. But God has a different way. Praising and thanking God before seeing the end result is experiencing victory in advance. As we boast in the Lord, faith arises in us that moves us forward; Just like David fighting Goliath, because he boasted in the Lord - he then had the faith to run towards the problem instead of away. In part three of this series, “Anxious for Nothing, Except…” Pastor Josiah explains whenever God moves, He starts with His word (a seed). Although the enemy can come and try to steal the word (seed) with questioning thoughts that create anxiety, we too can speak God's word and declare what He has said to interrupt those thoughts. Intentionality creates a place for us to receive, to then make decisions out of the seed God has placed.

The day the stone was rolled away was an unforgettable day. An angel came down, the stone was rolled away, guards fainted, Jesus was risen and was no longer in the tomb. Why did that stone need to be rolled away? Pastor Josiah speaks on how there was a significance to it, as much then as there is today. The journey from promise to promise land was not easy, but Caleb held on to God’s promise. He wasn’t moved by what the opposition was or what the challenge looked like. In part two of this series, “The Light has Come”, Pastor Josiah speaks on how there were two accounts of people being witness to Jesus’ birth: the shepherds and the wise men. The wise men had a very different journey than the shepherds, they knew something, saw something and then acted. Because they knew, they were intentional to look. We’re not only to be temples of the Holy Spirit, it's also to rest upon us.
In part three of this series, "GHOST STORIES", Pastor Josiah explains that sin brings self-awareness, and makes us focus on ourselves. However, the Holy Spirit refocuses us. When the Holy Spirit was poured out in Acts, their focus changed to looking beyond themselves. The church’s focus was onto others, and there was fellowship.
