In this podcast, I'm going to help you get totally financially independent by creating massive passive income.
Most people think excitement is the key to success. Acting, traveling, being in front of the camera — I wanted it too.
But here’s the truth: The boring things made me rich.
In my 20s, I made a decision that changed my life: I chose to build something stable, something passive, something "boring"... And that gave me the freedom to do whatever I want today.
If you're tired of the hustle without results, this message is for you. Sometimes the "exciting" path keeps you broke — while the "boring" one sets you free.
We all chase something—success, money, status—believing it will make us whole. I chased those things too. And I had them. I had everything. Until one day… I didn’t.
What followed was the hardest season of my life. But it was also the most important.
In my latest video, I share the raw, unfiltered story of how losing everything that mattered—my marriage, my identity, my sense of control—led me to the one thing I had ignored for far too long: God.
This isn’t just a story about failure. It’s about rediscovery. Faith. Purpose. And becoming who you were meant to be.
If you’re feeling stuck, empty, or like something’s missing—even if everything on paper looks perfect—this video might speak to your soul.
Let it remind you: Even in the darkest moments, God is still good.
What if the person who built a billion-dollar investment fund… …was also the same man leading 70+ undercover missions to rescue children from human trafficking?
That’s Paul Hutchison entrepreneur, philanthropist, and executive producer of Sound of Freedom.

✔️ Selling his first company for $20 million at just 29 ✔️ The mindset shift that changed everything ✔️ Why he risked everything to save innocent lives ✔️ What Sound of Freedom didn’t show — and why it matters ✔️ How giving first helped him build lasting wealth
If you care about purpose, leadership, and using success for good, this is a story you can’t miss.
If you're spending money on ads and praying for results… it's time to stop guessing and start converting. 🎯

The first time NSD Carlos and Monica Leon, of Duluth, GA, saw the Primerica Business Opportunity, the timing wasn't quite right. But after more than a decade of persistent check-ins from their upline, SNSD Alex and Claudia Sanabria, the Leons knew they had to give their future a shot. "We have to thank our uplines because they taught us a lesson that everyone needs to practice - and that is, don't ever, ever, ever give up on anybody!" Once they made the decision, the Leons got to work helping families in their communities and leading their team. Just two years later, the duo came into 2020 determined to make history for their family - achieving an incredible two-level milestones and eight diamond jumps in 10 months to become the first Million-Dollar Earners of 2021. "I believe God knew we weren't ready to do what was needed the first time," Monica reflects. "We needed more time to be molded and shaped so that when we came back, we were ready to get to work to change our client's lives and to have an impact." Carlos Leon is an experienced Senior Vice President with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. He is skilled in sales, management, leadership, marketing, and customer service.

From Margot's Website: Not many people know this, but I didn’t have the easiest start in life. I was born with a port-wine stain on my face into one of the most image-conscious communities in the United States (Marin County, California), and learned, quite quickly, that looking different was not acceptable. At all. By the time I graduated high school, I’d had a couple hundred procedures, made national news for being the first kid EVER to undergo some of these plastic surgeries (#guineapig 🐀), and been bullied for my appearance over and over again. To add insult to injury, I had a handful of learning disabilities. I couldn’t read or write and was told, from the 3rd grade, that I wouldn’t go anywhere in life... After getting sober at 20, you’d think things’d get better. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. They got way fucking worse. I bounced about from one institution to the next – detox centres, sober living, etc. I finally made my way back to society at the ripe age of 23, but of course it wasn’t without any drama. My open wounds made me a magnet for cluster B personalities – borderlines, histrionics, narcissists. Oh – and some sociopaths and psychopaths, too. 🤪 It’s neither wonder I got my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy… I even won a scholarship to pursue a Ph.D. but my body had other plans. Like being bedridden for nearly a decade with a chronic illness called CFS. I went from doctor to doctor, but nothing – and I mean NOTHING was working – so I made it my responsibility to find a solution for MYSELF.

Doug Howarth unleashed a paradigm shift. He discovered Hypernomics. It alters economics in the same way relativity changed physics, as it uses new frames of reference. It starts with four dimensions and adds time for a fifth. But, there is no upper limit to the dimensions considered. It finds the linked, opposing, self-organizing states of Value and Demand at work against each other at all times - just like the game of tug-of-war.

Some people say that sales is the most important factor for a successful business. However, what do people say when you’re not in the room? What do they say about you and your business is YOUR BRAND. Jeff Sekinger was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania but was raised in Columbus, Ohio after his family relocated when he was five years old. From a young age, he always had a knack for the business and finance world as he grew up with entrepreneurs for parents. When they divorced, he noticed the financial toll his family’s finances took. He developed his drive for financial success after seeing both sides of what money can do. Jeff started his professional life in corporate finance after graduating with his bachelors degree from the University of Kentucky in 2016. In 2018, he soon found himself in tens of thousands of debt. While working at J.P. Morgan, he started writing business plans for startups as a side hustle. He noticed startups also needed capital to start and operate their ventures and quickly jumped into the credit niche. Simultaneously, Jeff began building his personal brand on Instagram, teaching the exact strategies he was using in the business and on himself to break out of the financial hole he dug himself into. After declaring the outside business activity, the bank denied his side hustle and social media presence. Jeff took this as a sign to pursue his passion and left the company in late 2018. After 6 months of working on his personal brand, he launched an info product called Credit Secrets that quickly exploded and exceeded his previous corporate salary. Jeff now has over 500,000 Instagram Followers and over 38,000 YouTube Subscribers. His info products became the core products for what is now known today as O Percent. The company focuses on financial education and consulting programs that helps small businesses start and scale with low interest capital in order to ultimately make investments that create more freedom in their lives. Today, 0percent.com has over 45 employees, has consulted thousands of companies and is responsible for tens of millions of dollars in funding for small businesses across the United States.

Over the years, and after meeting with thousands of business owners and executives, Brandon noticed a common problem among all businesses. He wanted to make sure that everything Linchpin did for it’s customers was with a purpose, was fully transparent and could provide a proven ROI. Daniel takes on your biggest questions about excelling your business. He tackles everything from prospecting to adding yourself to your presentations. Sometimes if you change the way you look at your tasks, you are able to approach them through a fresh lens. Daniel goes through this routine for staying focused and achieving more.

You have to be proactive and work towards your goals. Daniel goes into his definition of a leader. A leader is someone who is active, not just some who talks a big game. He teaches you how to lose the negativity and push yourself to be better.
Ask yourself what you can do to get the results you want. But never stop. Once you get to your goal, ask what else you can do. Can you reach out to more people? Mike Arce is the founder and CEO of Loud Rumor, an agency that serves over 2,000 fitness studios and wellness studios around the world. Mike talks about how he’s been able to shift his business during the pandemic. He goes over what it means to run a business during a booming economy vs. a recession. Obviously, working in a gym right now is difficult during a global health pandemic where many gyms have been closed and remain closed. This has forced Mike to get creative with how he makes his product accessible to his clients through all of the hurdles of the quarantine. Mike talks about why we need to have empathy and patience during the pandemic. We never know what other people are going through so it’s important to do your part and have compassion for others.
Mike suggests surrounding yourself around people who are mentally tough and can pull you up. It’s easy to stay home and watch TV all day, but people with that attitude aren’t going to push you to be better. Filter who you spend time with and make sure they are pushing you to be better and stronger.
Mike talks about how marketing influences everyday things we do without us even realizing it. Everything from college to marriage to Christmas has been marketed so we think we need to make it a part of our lives.
Daniel joins Mike “C-Roc” on his show “What Are You Made Of?” today to discuss becoming financially free. Daniel answers the big question “What are you made of”. She was a self-defined “goodie-two-shoes” as a kid after being a young rebel. She goes through learning to love the process vs focusing on the destination.
Ashley loves using journaling as a tool to clear her mind and move past her obstacles. She talks about how to use this technique to help you have a healthier, more productive day. Another tool she uses to be more productive is to not make everything about herself. A lot of people focus on other people too much, but if someone is doing something that isn’t helping you, you have to be able to let go. Some people go about life trying to bring others down. Ashley has developed a technique to become more peaceful when you work with people like this. It’s easy to go low when they go low. But the more mature thing to do is to be understanding and take the high road. We don’t always know where people are coming from. Working from a place of empathy and compassion is going to grow more relationships than responding with anger.

Keep building your list of things to do. Check off what you accomplish and keep adding more things to do. The work never stops. It just keeps growing into more opportunities. This gives you a sense of professionalism that will let you take yourself seriously when you’re at work. Every day, have goals for yourself. How are you going to do more today?
