One of the three being your life partner, wife or husband etc. In this episode I talk about the importance of knowing who people are in your life so that you can prioritize them accordingly as well as function or maneuver within the connection in a way that is proper. Long time no see lol. Welcome rare diamonds!! Sometimes it takes people months before they fully accept that their relationship is over and begin the grieving process. In episode 72 I provide information about how to navigate hard conversations. One of the most important components is to check your ego at the door. It is not easy for everyone to have intense conversations because some people have anger issues. Refuse to allow your lover to pull you out of character and out of your emotional comfort zone. Be ok with not having the last word or not winning the argument. Relationships require us to have a level of maturity and to control our emotions. When having hard conversations be conscious of the fact that you love and care about your lover and should not want to intentionally hurt them. Thank you for listening!

Hello rare diamonds and welcome! Thank you so much for listening. Episode 70 is a whole vibe with my sister as my cohost. Very special episode. We bring awareness to the fact that some of the people we meet have a hidden agenda. Unfortunately people aren't always transparent and honest. Instead of being manipulative people should communicate their true thoughts, needs, and circumstances. If it's sex that you want, well, then say that! If you need a ride home, say that! If you don't want to be in a relationship, say that! Tricking people out of things will only backfire or get you exposed! Episode 67 will help you clear out obscurity. We have this tendency to think that people will be around forever. We go out on a few dates with someone or have a few great conversations with someone and feel as though they have come to stay for the long term or forever. The goal shouldn't be to make things last forever but to appreciate people, not to take them for granted, treat people the way you want to be treated and to be in the present moment. People love signing things "Always and Forever" and many times it's false. It just sounds good. Connect with me on Instagram: doc_savage_lyfe. In episode 66 I talk about some things you should think about before calling your ex. Are you ready to enter another toxic cycle with them? Ask yourself if you're board or lonely and if you are it would actually be selfish of you to contact them. It is not always easy to accept that the relationship is over for so many different reasons with one being that you're intuitively feeling like they are thinking of you or that maybe you are working through a cycle that isn't exactly complete. It is important to think about how life has been without them; drama free, abuse free, BS free, argument free, manipulation free...If you would like to connect with me, feel free to follow me on Instagram at doc_savage_lyfe. In this episode I encourage the listeners not to be limited or restrained by their age. There is so much more to people than age but it is commonly the first thing people ask. I've been in relationships with people younger than me, a bit older than me and within my age group and I've come to the realization that it's more about a persons mindset. Your mindset is what will navigate you through life. If you feel limited then limited you shall be. If you feel plentiful then plentiful you shall be. I've met people who were in their 40's but were irresponsible and naive and I've met people in their 20's and 30's who appeared to be older than they were because they've been through so much. What's really important is that people are comfortable with who they are dating, that we be in healthy relationships, consensual relationships and relationships that are legal!!! The Heart Repair candle is still available. Message me on Instagram at doc_savage_lyfe or email me at HeartRepairPodcast@gmail.com. 2022 was emotional, looking forward to 2023. Let's go!!

Sex is a form of non verbal communication and we need effective sex communication. What we give should be reciprocated. Episode 62 is about people who intentionally do things to their partners to get a response out of them, intentionally hurt them and then expect for them to be ok and are surprised when their partner leaves. This episode is about the shenanigans that people inflict on their partners such as having sex with their lovers sibling or parent, manipulation, having a baby on their lover etc. I compare some of the nonsense that people do to others to youth who would sometimes "play too much". I compare toxic actions to the actions of those in your childhood that would not stop playing when asked. Connect with me on Instagram: doc_savage_lyfe. Episode 61 is to help you make a decision in love at some point in the coming months. Many of us have a high tolerance, can’t hold a grudge and forgive easily and if this is you, I encourage you to think with your mind and not with your heart. I feel we are passing out second chances to people who don’t deserve it. We aren’t taking the time to really gather the knowledge we need to make the best decision for ourselves. Put yourself first and make your mental health priority.

Many times the first thing a person will do in order to play mind games with you is cause you to fall in love with them. They want you to depend on them for your happiness. People will pretend to be something they're not to gain access to you and your life. People will play on your emotions and guilt trip you to get their need met. The root to mind games is manipulation, trust issues, insecurity, selfishness to name a few. Hello beautiful people! In episode 41, I encourage my listeners to put themselves first and focus on what's best for them. Make efforts not to focus on what your ex is saying about you or what your ex is doing. Make efforts not to focus on the drama that sometimes come along with a breakup. Be cognizant of your environment making sure that's it healthy for you. In episode 35 I provide reasons why we go back to toxic relationships and talk about how I believe the word toxic is being thrown around and used to loosely. Often people go back to what people perceive as a toxic relationship because it's simply not over and also because there are rewards such as make up sex or words of affirmation, companionship, a home cooked meal and so forth. I talk about how unhealthy behaviors are developed. I think we need to ask ourselves is the relationship really toxic or are we listening to outside noise or opinions of others. In episode 34 I have a guest by the name of Wisdom who you can find 24/7 on Instagram: iamwisdom11. In this episode we talk about the benefits of taking time to heal before jumping into another relationship. It's not fair to the people we bring into the equation and we haven't gotten over our ex's and are still healing from the breakup or divorce. It is important to cleanse ourselves of the energy from the previous relationship. We also talk about how being ok with being alone takes time because the brain has become accustomed to having someone around. Give yourself time to heal. You can contact me via email: HeartRepairPodcast@gamail.com or on Instagram: one_yacht_doc. The Heart Repair candle is now available and smells amazing. It's my 1 year anniversary for Heart Repair today. I will be offering a candle that will be charged with helping to deal with unresolved emotions, healing, love, comfort and will hopefully help to decrease anxiety and depression. In this episode I talk about taking back your power by taking accountability. Taking accountability is just taking responsibility and when you take responsibility you put yourself in charge of your life. When we blame others we loose out on an opportunity for growth and change. Stop blaming your ex and take back your power.

You may be cut out for an open relationship! Never thought I'd be supportive of this type of relationship because I was raised to believe that monogamy was the best way to go and everything else was toxic, but currently I believe that monogamy may not be for everyone. So many people have trouble functioning in monogamous relationships and in this episode I propose the idea that maybe a monogamous relationship is not for you. Maybe you are amongst the privileged in a sense that you should be free as a bird, maybe not free as a bird but sorta lol. There's a possibility that you've been single for 20 years with little short flings and sexual experiences because you aren't to be in a monogamous relationship. Maybe some other form is for you! Maybe you don't belong to anyone but God!

In episode 29 I talk about how the ex can make you feel like you're the bad person and like everything is all your fault but people have to take accountability for their part in the relationship not working. It wasn't all your fault! We all have room for growth and improvement. In this episode I remind my listeners to remember who they are, to reflect on their strengths and to remember the things they did right in the former relationship. Don't give up on expecting or finding a love that will last. YOU have a lot to offer!
Episode 28 is to help you not to look back. You're looking back because you think you left something good behind but you didn't. You are on your way to something much greater than what you left behind. What is for you is in front of you! You may have thought that your ex was the best thing for you but the mind has a way of playing tricks on you. In this episode I encourage my listeners to become who they would like to meet. Glow up!

I feel really good about episode 26. In this episode I talk about hallucinations and delusional thinking. Hallucinations are things that exist only in your mind and many of the thoughts people experience or have about their ex are hallucinations or mirages. It is important to understand this in order to make it easier for you to let go of your ex. I provide an exercise in this episode that may help you to forget about your ex. It's time to release them and take hold of the excitement, adventure and new relationship that is coming.

In episode 24 I talk about friendships that ended due to disloyalty, deception or betrayal and how that friendship had to end. Sometimes we think we needed that friend or those friends when in actuality we didn't. So many people have stories to tell about friends who turned out to be enemies. Some of these betrayals happened only to help us get to the next level. Some say if a friend switches up, they were never our friend from the start. In this episode I pose the question, "Do we really need friends or do we need experiences?" Should we change the definition of friend to a wolf in sheep's clothing? Some of us are still dealing with unresolved emotions from disloyalty, deception or betrayal that happened when we were very young (18.19,20 years old) and we should explore these emotions and experiences to pull strength from it, heal and become fully free from what happened long ago.

In episode 23 I have a special guest. Nikki is a nurse and a very good friend of mines. Together we share on the topic of being alone and strong. After a break up it is common to miss what we had with our ex. Asking yourself what do you miss, can help you to discover what to give yourself. We also talk about how the things we expect in our next relationship we should also be able to deliver. Some of us want to be with someone who has good credit and if we want someone with good credit we should also have good credit ourselves. Be ready to reciprocate what you expect to receive from your next relationship. Work on yourself in your alone time.

It is important not to lower your vibration to speak negatively about your ex. I encourage my listeners to think of their exes as non existing like “Shaqwanda who?” or “Cedric who?”. There are laws of your mind that you will need to abolish and laws that will be necessary for you to adopt when conflict arises. Connect with me on instagram: One_Yacht_doc.
Meeting people is an Art that many people have yet to learn. Some of us are still using our grade school skill set to meet others. It's time that we mature and improve our skill set. We have to be open to meeting others and also understand that there is so much more to a person than their external. Some think that it is the Coronavirus that is keeping them from meeting others but it just may be that you have not learned the art of meeting others. Allow this episode to provide information about qualities you should possess in order to meet others and the importance of not being so quiet and shy when looking to meet people. Understand that sometimes meeting others is a divine manifestation.
