Through these conversations we meet new artist friends, learn more about God’s call in their lives and hone our understanding of the craft of artistic Christian witness through the Wesleyan tradition.

In this episode we take a moment to talk through a few new songs for the Advent/Christmas season from some of our favorite artists and artist communities. Inspired by a conversation with the lead team at Royal Oak First UMC in Michigan, we wanted to introduce some songs that can help this part of our liturgical year be something more than just nostalgia and tradition.
We also encourage young artists to be working on and offering your own takes on this time of waiting and incarnation. Be sure to send us links of any songs, videos, paintings or poems that come from it!
