Feeling the Change

A podcast on self-care in the climate crisis, by clinical psychologist Bronwyn Gresham.

In 2019 I joined the Climactic Collective - it’s a completely new skill set for me and I thank the brave folks who have allowed me to interview them!

My hope is to share as many lived experiences as possible, of the emotional side to engaging with climate change. How this changes not only our behaviour, but influences our relationships, life purpose, connection to deep time and sense of self.

Mostly though, I hope to generate a sense of common humanity in how we feel. To validate painful emotions and reduce harsh self-judgments. To grow the felt knowing that we really are all in this together (and better for it). I’ve still got my L Plates on…so be kind!
