In the late 1st century, the church at Ephesus seemed the shining example of what a church should be. Even amidst persecution, their deeds and faithfulness were what other churches aspired to have. However, they lacked one thing: they had left their first love, Jesus. We've all heard the story of the first Christmas. The stories in the Gospels each give us the authors' accounts of that holy night; they aren't the only perspectives, though.
