In this episode I share my thoughts on mental illness, my experience with ppd and anxiety and how I cope. I get very passionate about mental illness and how we as people in this world need to understand it, not be afraid of it and know that it is a very real thing. I also talk about how living with a heart defect has really effected me emotionally and has caused a lot of the anxieties that I have.
