No this isn't a Limp Bizkit episode but rather a tribute to all of the times that Nathan has broken something besides hearts all over the world. Nothing serious but a plethora of boneheaded moments in our 20 year marriage.
Everyone says there isn't a foolproof training manual to prepare you for what life with kids is like and we can tell you there are many things we never saw coming. We're taking a little trip down childrearing memory lane for this week's episode.
It's safe to say that all parents have funny and special stories about their kids. Some just have stranger ones than others. Let's talk about underwear at parent/teacher conferences and lip gloss autographs with Nathan and Kim
No, it's not sex. Though, Kim says Nathan has his sexy radio voice on for this episode. We realize that more and more people struggle with mental health issues each year. Many of you have friends and family members deep in it or maybe you are the one struggling. Nathan shares openly how this brought his marriage to the edge but how God's grace and provision brought his family to where they are today.

We are starting a new segment that gives you the history of Nathan and Kim. Who are they? Where did they come from? How does all of this tie into their ministry and family. We kick off with Part 1 of Kim's story.
Ministry is often a time of transitions and change from one position to the next. How we do this is important. The first part in a series on how a team works together in saying goodbye and welcoming new staff.
We have probably all seen THAT guy. The youth pastor who is trying desperately to be cool or relevant to "the next generation". Guess what! We're all guilty of it at some point and Nathan is a repeat offender. Have a little good natured fun as think back on the greatness of the 90's youth guy.
It's VBS time for Nathan and just like the majority of pastors, leaders and volunteers you can get underwater with all of the time, work and needs of those to whom you are ministering. Relationships, rest, prayer and perspective all contribute to our health during these times.
