Oh boy! This week Lupa is in a rare smarty pants mood. She is feeling feisty after getting two of her social video's banned for violations. This rebel without a cause or a clue, takes to the airwaves to entertain you with tales from the Banned list, some Canadian history and a very happy gunman in Florida.

This week sees Lupa back in New Brunswick in the land of Drunk Toddlers. She has an unexpected experience on a bridge with a very large spider and lives to tell the tale. She updates everyone on the upcoming events and gives us some bad news, and then reflects on a week of sadness.

This week starts off on a high note with some housekeeping, some Expo news, and a few laughs at Lupa's expense. She talks about her fear of Freddy and a new podcast she is launching. Then things take a more serious note as she touches on the Disability crisis in Ontario and how it has affected her life. She gives statistics to back her information and a detailed description of just what the new changes will bring to her. It's not enough.

This week celebrates Lupa's 100th episode. She starts off with Mike Lutz and David K Montoya as her guests, then adds Kevin Adams, with a brief appearance of the Mythmaster, and then adds Jason Bechard, fulfilling a promise to have the hosts of The 3 Noes on her show. Of course, the boys show her no mercy, but she holds her own until the very end. It is a riotous, raunchy, not family-friendly episode she won't soon forget.

This week Lupa is back in the land of Satan's farts and sticky weather. She recounts the last half of her journey home and talks about the weather, her Mom's birthday, and how the bike ended up hanging from the ceiling.

This week we find Lupa inside her car on the road leaving California and heading back home to Canada. In this episode, she reflects on her fantastic time visiting Dave and his kids, how the scenery was so vastly different from what she is used to and closes with movies they watched, and how she turned someone into a wayward son of “Supernatural.”

If you haven't watched it, there are spoilers. She talks about the upcoming country celebrations in her country and the country she is currently in, and shares a little chicken wisdom.

This week Lupa has a co-host, the ever lovely Zoie Montoya. She helps Lupa recount her drive from Ontario Canada to Apple Valley California, via Kansas, and Arizona. Lupa makes a stop in Franklin Indiana to hang with a friend and then drives to Kansas where it ticks all her boxes. Zoie helps introduce the newest member of the family, Little Foot the belching dino. Then Little Foot burps and tries to eat the microphone. The live studio audience is no help as he giggles his way through the podcast off in the corner.

This week Lupa starts off with an apology. She makes a confession and hopes that she is forgiven. Then breezes through housekeeping and then turns the conversation to her upcoming trip. Nerves don't even begin to describe what she is feeling. She wraps up with a promise of an interesting mini piece called Road Bits.

This week Lupa answers the burning questions from her listeners. Some are odd, and some are just straight out from under the bridge. She is saying goodbye to her sister's place, one that has been a haven and a safe space for her as she sorted out her life.

This week our lovable, ranty, opinionated little podcaster is very, very whiny. Lupa has used and abused her body this week but feels really good about it. This week starts with a disclaimer. She gets personal with her connection to her beliefs and delves into the age-old question about whether an interfaith relationship can work. She talks about the difference between religion and spirituality and the pitfalls that an interfaith couple can face.

This week Lupa is in Florida Man territory! The original show that she had planned was rescheduled until next week so that she could do her due diligence and respond to the overwhelming response that she got on the TikTok ad. She instead regales us with the tale of how she came to be in Pasco County, fully clothed in the most naked place in North America! No people were harmed in the making of this podcast, the same can't be said about the Florida man news she reads that is not only local to where she is, but also very recent!

This week Lupa gets serious. She has been watching a show that had some voiceovers that hit her rather deeply and she shares her feelings on them. She gives us some housekeeping and has good news and bad news. This week's episode is a rather emotional one so she decides that she will postpone Florida man until she is in Florida, which is where she is heading the next day.

Lupa is back in the frigid tundra of Southern Ontario, finally. She recounts the fun she had on just the flight home and was glad she wasn't selected to be tribute. She shares a laugh about her first trip to the potty on the plane and then her hunt for food once she has safely landed. After she has wrapped up that story she tries to find interesting facts about where she lives and comes up empty so she turns to Florida Man to bail her out.

This week Lupa completely ignores the fact that this is her first show of 2022 and fill us in on why she was absent last week. She shares with us the tales of her flight home and something crazy about a chicken. It's never just a chicken. She then gives us some housekeeping and lets Florida Man take the wheel. She promptly takes it back and shares some fun facts about her favorite state.

This week is Lupa's last week on holiday before she heads back to the arctic climes of Canada. She shares some of her happy memories of her trip and the recent mini vacation she went on with the boyfriend and his family. She tells some funny stories of drunk scrabble and just how cut throat Uno can be then regales us with some fond 2021 Florida Man headlines. Not to be outdone Florida Woman jumps in and Lupa rounds out the episode with some Christmas fun facts and some Canadian fun facts.
