"So often we experience things in life, and yet never see the connections between them. When we are given hardship, or feel pain, we often fail to consider that the experience may be the direct cause or result of another action or experience. Sometimes we fail to recognize the direct connection between the pain in our lives and our relationship with Allah SWT"

"Together let us hold the intention that all aspects of this living planet come together in love, acceptance, and celebration of both our diversities and commonalities. Let us possess the common purpose that we heal from our hearts into compassion and forgiveness for ourselves. Together let us own the belief that we will no longer unite with blame and judgment, but come to accept that we all carry the same wounds. In acknowledging this, the hope is for the whole planet in its jubilant diversity to be healed from any and all woundings so that we come together on equal footing, living in peace and joy and setting the tone for a future of harmony within and on this planet.
Peace to all and healing to all."

"Once upon a time, there was a wise man who used to go to the ocean to do his writing. He had a habit of walking on the beach before he began his work.
One day, as he was walking along the shore, he looked down the beach and saw a human figure moving like a dancer. He smiled to himself at the thought of someone who would dance to the day, and so, he walked faster to catch up.
As he got closer, he noticed that the figure was that of a young man, and that what he was doing was not dancing at all. The young man was reaching down to the shore, picking up small objects, and throwing them into the ocean.
He came closer still and called out "Good morning! May I ask what it is that you are doing?"
The young man paused, looked up, and replied "Throwing starfish into the ocean."
"I must ask, then, why are you throwing starfish into the ocean?" asked the somewhat startled wise man.
To this, the young man replied, "The sun is up and the tide is going out. If I don't throw them in, they'll die."
Upon hearing this, the wise man commented, "But, young man, do you not realize that there are miles and miles of beach and there are starfish all along every mile? You can't possibly make a difference!"
At this, the young man bent down, picked up yet another starfish, and threw it into the ocean. As it met the water, he said,
"It made a difference for that one."

Do not expect anything in return, do not expect your efforts to be appreciated, your genius to be discovered, your love to be understood. Things pass, and the best we can do is to let them really go away. That is why it is so important (however painful it may be!) to destroy souvenirs, move, give lots of things away to orphanages, sell or donate the books you have at home. Everything in this visible world is a manifestation of the invisible world, of what is going on in our hearts - and getting rid of certain memories also means making some room for other memories to take their place.

Did you lose your job? Has a loving relationship come to an end? Did you leave your parents' house? Gone to live abroad? Has a long-lasting friendship ended all of a sudden?
You can spend a long time wondering why this has happened. You can tell yourself you won't take another step until you find out why certain things that were so important and so solid in your life have turned into dust, just like that. But such an attitude will be awfully stressing for everyone involved: your parents, your husband or wife, your friends, your children, your sister, everyone will be finishing chapters, turning over new leaves, getting on with life, and they will all feel bad seeing you at a standstill.

"True beauty, the kind that doesn't fade or wash off, takes time. It takes incredible endurance. It is the slow drip that creates the stalactite, the shaking of the Earth that creates mountains, the constant pounding of the waves that breaks up the rocks and smooths the rough edges. And from the violence, the furor, the raging of the winds, the roaring of the waters, something better emerges, something that would have otherwise never existed.
And so we endure. We have faith that there is purpose. We hope for things we can't see. We believe there are lessons in loss, power in love, and that we have within us the potential for a beauty so magnificent, our bodies can't contain it."

Never receive counsel from unproductive people. Never discuss your problems with someone incapable of contributing to the solution, because those who never succeed themselves are always first to tell you how. It will be about how you fell, and then got back up. It won't be about how you shined in the light. It will be about how you managed the darkness--inside and outside yourself. Because in the end, it won't be about your triumphs. It will be about how you took defeat. It won't be about how you performed when you were strong, but how you did while bound and broken. "Growing up means learning what life is. When you're little, you have a set of ideals, standards, criteria, plans, outlooks, and you think that you have to sit around and wait for them to happen to you and then life will work. But life isn't like that, for anybody; you can't fall in love with a standard, you have to fall in love with a person. You can't live in a criteria, you have to live your life. You can't wait for your plans to materialize, because they may never materialize the way you think they will. You can't wait to watch your ideals and standards walk up to you, because you can't know what's yours until you have it. I always say, always take the first chance in case you never get a second one, but growing up takes that even one step further, growing up means that you have to hold on to what you have, when you have it, because what you have- that's yours- and all the ideals and criteria you have set in your head, those aren't yours, because those haven't happened to you."

Sometimes, we don’t see the reality of things around us. We just want them, we desire them. The fact of the matter is that we are so blinded emotionally that we can’t see the true colors of the people or the things that we think they’re the best for us. Let me put it to you this way, when the baby sees how the flame of a candle is sparkling and bright, then tries to come closer and closer and touch it. After feeling the heat of that flame and how painful it is, the same baby that had that urging desire learns one of the most valuable lessons in life which is not everything looks beautiful externally, has to be the same internally. I heard once someone say “Nothing forces us to know what we don’t want to know except pain”.

"The ocean is so breathtakingly beautiful. But just as it is beautiful, it is also deadly. The same spellbinding waves, which we appreciate from the shore, can kill us if we enter them. Water, the same substance necessary to sustain life, can end life, in drowning. And the same ocean that holds ships afloat can shatter those ships to pieces.
This worldly life, the Dunya, is just like the ocean. And our hearts are the ships. We can use the ocean for our needs and as a means to get to our final destination. But the ocean is only that: a means. It is a means for seeking food of the sea. It is a means of travel. It is a means of seeking a higher purpose. But it is something which we only pass through, but never think to remain in. Imagine what would happen if the ocean became our end – rather than just a means."

How many times has someone yelled at you or was in a bad mood, and took it out on you. How did it make you feel? Probably hurt, and left wondering what did I do to deserve this? Many of us take things personally. I know I did, and it took many years to realize that it was not me who had the issue, it was them!! We need to remind ourselves, “That we are not responsible for other people’s behaviors, feelings or emotions. “ So the next time someone yells at you or comes home in a bad mood, and takes it out on you, just calmly repeat that mantra “ I am not responsible for other people’s feelings, behaviors and emotions. “ With practice and consistency, you will stop internalizing things and become a much calmer, and happier person. Hope these tips helped. I know they did for me. -Amberine- Spotify: https://spoti.fi/3gr77Od
Language, Understanding, is it a skill or quality to connect? What's the benefit, and what purpose it serves between two people? Let's see first what the definition of understanding a language is. It is a psychological process of acknowledging the concepts of an abstract or a physical object. Intelligent behavior is utilizing abilities and dispositions concerning communicating objects. However, it is only sometimes the case of knowing the concepts but the theories behind them. It depends on the person how much perception is carried to understand it fully in terms of situations and scenarios. We can also say it is a receptive process, just like a child understands what others are talking about to them and responds accordingly to its level of processing the information in the brain. According to Bloom's revised assessment taxonomy, let's look at cognitive learning. It has six concepts: remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating, and finally, creating a dialogue/ dialect or action plan. Then with ideas, the principles play an essential part as well, which involves the causal relationships between the principles and generalities of fundamental changes in events, occurrences, and the relationships with the network behind those changes and events, for example, understanding the process of evaporation. In short, it is about making connections between different pieces of information, the facts. Understanding between two people involves skilled factors such as empathy, passion, active listening, eagerness to learn, comprehension, and prompt processing for improvement or positively optimizing the outcome of that information. All this process should not take a long time or forever as writing an essay. In real-life situations, understanding bridges the language of friendship, companionship, and different relationships. It benefits human nurturing with nature, different people, animals, and non-animate objects like a favorite toy or comforting pillow, a baby blanket, or other hobbies. Language of understanding in various forms and shapes represents emotions, empathy, willingness to connect for strength and hope, goals providing a safe zone to build trust and love, demonstrating the priority in life. Of course, the deeper level is human spirituality. A self-recognition is present at the right time and place, acknowledging where the heart is and its inclination toward its roots and creation. A slight deviation from this process can pause the transition, and desperation to rebuild that connection weakens the momentum—a consistent effort and rationality in healing, wisdom, speech, and robustness. -Saima Malik- Spotify: https://spoti.fi/3gr77Od
Have you ever spent days, months or even more trying to explain yourself to someone?! You’re not the only one. Some people have wasted years thinking that having the same language would get them fully to understand each other. What makes you really happy is people you have in your life, who truly care about you, appreciate you, correct you when you’re wrong for your own good and not because they want to show others how wrong you are or something else.
