This BOOTHCAST is with Larry Cain and is brought to you by BOOTH Training. This one was a really interesting chat for me. Was quite cool drawing so many similarities between Larry and myself despite being a few years apart. Some similarities I found was our drive to succeed, focusing on what our passions are, our love for paddling, wanting to share our knowledge, striving to help others and a genuine respect for our competitors. Further to that was nice to hear what inspires him, his coaching philosophies, how he got into paddling, why SUP came to him at the right time, why he still gets on the water when it's freezing out, his mindset when competing and so much more. It was so insightful it was my longest podcast yet but don't worry there's so many lessons and nuggets of gold in there. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

Next guest is Fiona Wylde on the BOOTHCAST and it was fantastic to share stories with her. She's an incredible athlete and person both on and off the water. Fiona has had World Tour victories in SUP surfing, a SUP racing World Title, the Euro Tour SUP Overall Champion last year, among many other titles. Growing up in Hood River, Oregon she became a junior windsurf World Champion, got into SUP and had the realisation of a type 1 diabetes diagnosis. That didn't stop her and has such an amazing approach towards life. So much gets unpacked in our conversation and it was awesome to have her on the show!
Thanks everyone for following the BOOTHCAST, it has been so awesome hearing everyones feedback and support :)

Jordan Mercer is an athlete that I highly respect and her accomplishments in the water are quite incredible. A 6x M2O champion on the prone; Winner & record holder for M2O on the ocean ski; the only woman to win both the prone and surfski at M2O; and a Surf Ironwoman series champion. Jordan tells me her story of passion, commitment to goals and accountability. She is determined, focused and has quite an incredible approach to life. Lots to learn from her story!
