COLLAB ALERT! For International Women's Day we decide to switch it up a bit and collaborate with some amazing women from the Unapologetically Female team who are working in this amazing project that looks to help women be their most unapologetic selves. So we had a nice chat with them and then we talked about International Women's Day. We had a lot of fun and we want to celebrate all the women that have made it possible for us to get to where we are and that empower us to keep fighting to make this world fair for all women, cis, trans and from any race and background. We love you all ladies, keep standing tall! We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we enjoy working on it.

Continuing with our topic of eating disorders and body image, we have a very compelling testimonial and advise from an expert: Natasha Turner. Natasha is a counselor with an expertise on eating disorders since she's a survivor herself. She's very passionate about bringing visibility and end the shame that surrounds eating disorders; her testimony is raw and at times heart-breaking but it's highly educational and inspirational.
