Established in 2016, Ladies Wine & Design Vienna Chapter has quickly developed into one of the most established city chapters in LWD global community.

In this episode, Lyla from Tokyo Chapter connects with Jana in Vienna to explore what has continuously motivated the chapter to grow and her personal creative journey. With changes in our communication and the various adaptations to our new normals, there are challenges and opportunities to innovate our ways to engage with community programs and creative collaborations. What remains same is that we have to constantly ask ourselves what brings joy to our life.

Supporting community programs, working on side projects can easily become overwhelmingly exhausting. What matters most is our wellbeing. Take care of ourselves, find our true motivation to balance, prioritize and align before creativity can shine in to bring joy to our life.

From the thinking behind the project, we talked about women empowering women on the aspects of supporting gender equality, building creative confidence through community building, exploring positivities and opportunities from remote collaborations and deepening communication through virtual connection and design practices.

We also shared reflections on new normals and design process. A great session for creative mind sharing, and especially from their long year experience to collaborate creatively, their engagement with community programs and professional agency practices, the in-depth discussion is particularly inspiring on how to co-learn and co-create with team, clients and communities; how to build a healthier work routine and for young talents, how to path forward, understanding and coping with the industry challenges positively.
