Teresa speaks with highly-regarded trust designer Ryan Fowler, co-author of the top-rated consumer-focused book on trusts: Asset Protection: ...in Financially Unsafe Times
If you are a high-net-worth individual, business owner, or self-employed professional, you are especially vulnerable to frivilous lawsuits, creditor actions, and other actions designed to empty your cash and destroy your financial future.
In this informative interview, Teresa discusses the NEED FOR ASSET PROTECTION, especially in this insane, post-COVID world.
"A good asset protection planner knows how to make it more difficult for a creditor to prove assets were transferred in a fraudulent manner. If they can’t prove the debtor’s intent was to thwart a creditor, then they can’t use fraudulent transfer law to reach an asset that’s no longer owned by the debtor. That means a creditor, if he wishes to undo an asset protection plan, will have to use circumstantial evidence to convince a judge that the debtor did a transfer with fraudulent intent. Doing so takes time and effort. And, it’s going to cost the creditor a fair amount in legal fees."- Ryan Fowler
If you have a solid asset protection plan in place, and you have or expect to have a deficiency judgment against you, then you have transformed yourself from ‘low hanging fruit’ to a hard target. Your creditors will not be able to just grab your assets. They must first prove your plan is a fraudulent transfer. They will have to put 10 ‘easy’ cases on hold in order to commit sufficient resources to undoing your plan. And, especially if the plan is good, they may be uncertain as to whether they can undo your plan even if they try.
A few years back, when Living Wealthy Radio was on a land station, Teresa did an interesting interview with Harvey Diamond. Harvey spoke about how he managed to be one of only a handful of Vietnam vets exposed to Agent Orange still alive today.
Harvey Diamond was hailed as one of the most successful health authors in history and a pioneer in the alternative health movement. He taught the principles of healthy living and eating for more than 40 years, and helped to shift public attitudes about the flaws of the American diet and the benefits of healthier food choices, fruits, vegetables, and juices. He was the co-author of the #1 New York Times bestseller, Fit for Life, which sold over 12 million copies worldwide and was translated into 33 languages, spawning an entire series of books in the Fit for Life program. Internationally known as an author, teacher, and health consultant, he appeared on hundreds of radio and TV programs including Larry King Live, Oprah!, Nightline, and Good Morning America.
Teresa's guest for this special podcast is producer,
From her website:
As a television personality, Cynthia launched her career with MTV Networks and became the face of sister channel VH1, hosting everything from LIVE events and awards shows, including the GRAMMYS, BILLBOARD AWARDS, EMMYS, VMA’s, and DIVAS LIVE, to self-titled specials and multiple series and broadcasts centered around her unique hosting and interviewing skills. Notably, she significantly shaped & hosted VH1’s emergence onto the scene as a channel in its own right with shows of importance like ‘VH1’s Women First’ a series that profiled significant women in the music industry worldwide.
She went on to make history as host of LATER w/ Cynthia Garrett for NBC Network making her the first woman of color to ever host a network late night show! Up for Emmy consideration multiple times by NBC for her interviews with everyone from singers to actors to filmmakers and politicians, she has amassed a body of work, too large to mention in short form. Cynthia has been the face & personality for daytime talk-shows like SONY Studios popular women’s daytime panel LIFE & STYLE, primetime series such as the CW Network’s CROWNED, HBO’s THE BUZZ featuring Cynthia Garrett, TV GUIDE Channel’s HOLLYWOOD INSIDER, as well as major red carpet events like the OSCARS for ABC Network. While hosting later and under contract to NBC, Cynthia also enjoyed much success sitting in with Regis Philbin on LIVE.
Finding God's POV in the Word saved Cynthia’s life in a prison cell in Italy where an abusive and deceptive first marriage turned into the grace that saved her and gave her, her son, Christian. Her personal story, as told in PRODIGAL DAUGHTER: A JOURNEY HOME TO IDENTITY, is one of childhood sexual abuse, rape, and addiction.
re: How can you protect yourself against a loss of income, high medical bills. What if you are self-employed?
What happens if you become disabled due to accident or injury? What if you lose your job?
Teresa and Matt take a very candid look at the state of income protection the average person has. The majority of disability needs do not come from an accident but from common illnesses like cancer. And most people just aren’t prepared for the double whammy of high medical bills combined with loss of income.
Joining us is Matt Mitchell, an independent insurance consultant and an expert on disability income insurance. He is licensed in all 50 states and helps people bridge the gap between the insurance industry and specific client needs. He’s here to break down the “why,” and how to find the best deals on quality disability coverage to protect our income.
You may have group coverage with your employer, but is that enough? What are the potential gaps in coverage between an individual policy and a group policy?
And, what if you are a self-employed contractor, home-based business owner, or entrepreneur? Does business interruption insurance provide any coverage for disability?
The COVID-19 pandemic has made it apparent that a lot more people will be working from home in the future, so disability insurance is critical. Find out now what you MUST know about disability insurance before you need it.
re: take control of your money by starting with your MIND.
Many Americans struggle with heavy debt loads that threaten their relationships, careers, and their mental and physical well-being.

As the Founder of the Financial Dignity™ Movement, Christine has coached hundreds of high earning professionals. She has helped those folks pay off staggering amounts of debt and massively increase their net worth.
Christine’s book Money is Emotional: Prevent Your Heart from Hijacking Your Wallet has landed her almost 100 podcast and TV interviews, establishing her as the authority on money and emotions.

Whether you put it in a coffee can and bury it in the back yard, stuff it under your mattress. your cash needs a place to live. Most people intuitively know that keeping large amounts of cash at home is probably not a great idea, so they default to putting their money in a bank.
Unfortunately, most banks give you next-to-nothing in interest and your cash may not be as safe as you think. We are all aware of the many scandals that plague the "too big to fail," financial institutions. Many of us have dealt with mortgage scandals, consumer fraud, and other big bank issues. Global banks may not be the safe, proven institutions they were 50 years ago. But, what's the alternative?
A majority of Americans don't realize that there IS a way to bypass bankers and take back control, use, liquidity of your own money.
Your money has to be parked somewhere, right? It may as well be in a place where it can grow more safely and sanely, where you can access it more easily, and where you have potential tax benefits that banks simply do not offer.
In this interview, Teresa talks to veteran advisor and financial planner Keith Mohn about some of the ways that people can take back their money and create more prosperous lives using a technique that's been around for CENTURIES.

Educator, historian, speaker, and best-selling author. Susan Wise Bauer advocates returning to a classical education to help solve some of today’s educational issues.
Classical education rests on three developmental stages. 1. The grammar stage-nuts and bolts of a subject. (Elementary school) This is a time to absorb the basics. 2. Middle school- The logic or dialectic stage. Look for connections and thinking more abstractly. 3. High school- attention to expression in the “rhetoric” stage.
Each stage is appropriate for stages in the brain’s development.
Susan was born in 1968, grew up in Virginia, and was educated at home by pioneering parents, back when home education was still unheard of. She learned Latin at age ten, worked as a professional musician while still in high school, and wrote three (unpublished!) novels before she turned sixteen. In high school and college, she has toured with a traveling drama group; galloped racehorses at a Virginia racetrack for spending money; taught horseback riding; worked in ghostwriting and newspaper ad sales; learned enough Korean to teach a Korean four-year-old Sunday school; and served as librarian and reading tutor for the Rita Welsh Adult Literacy Center in Williamsburg.
In this special "Biscuits and Gravy" edition, guest host Tammy de Leeuw interviews Teresa Kuhn, JD, RFC, CSA about her serious addiction to Bank on Yourself(R). This is a rare opportunity to hear Teresa Kuhn as she explains why, after all these years, she still believes in the concept of infinite banking and why her confidence in BOY is at an all-time high.
If you've ever thought, "There must be a better way to take control of my finances.," this is an episode JUST FOR YOU.

Have you ever dreamed of discovering a way to rebuild your body without having to spend HOURS in the gym? Have you been looking for a workout that doesn't make your joints ache and cause damage to your body?
Well.. health and wellness entrepreneur Peter Wasowski says that rebuilding the human body on a cellular level is no longer the stuff of science fiction. His company, Vasper, represents a dramatic shift in fitness technology, utilizing grounding, cold therapy, anbd compressions to heal the body from the inside out. These techniques, long used by Navy Seals, astronauts, and other elite military groups is now being accessed by people of all ages.
The keys to improved health in a sedentary age, says Wasowski, are finding ways to improve cognitive function, reduce the body's inflammation (#1 enemy of the human body?) and optimize hormonal balances. He formulated VASPER based on three scientifically proven principles – compression technology, cooling and interval training. When all principles are working together, the results can be absolutely amazing.

On the eve of his father's funeral, bankruptcy attorney Rich Dimaggio got a call from a debt collector with whom he was working. This call and what subsequently occurred turned Dimaggio into a crusader for consumers who are being defrauded and taken advantage of, particularly the mortgage industry.
Shady banking practices, coupled with the tripling of property taxes are, according to DiMaggio the primary culprits in the 2008 financial meltdown. What's really going on with the mortgage industry? Why are foreclosures starting to rise? Why are people losing their homes.. homes that have been in their families for generations.. simply due to increases in taxes?
Who are the credit reporting agencies and who controls them? Are these custodians of our most personal data trustworthy? Are laws being applied equally?
This is an eye-opening interview with one of America's top consumer lawyers that will have you wondering just how much you have personally been damaged by the fraud and deception that power America's financial system.
You do have rights and you CAN fight back. Listen and discover how.
Are you a homeowner?
Never been late or missed a payment on your mortgage? That's fantastic!
However... Did you know that simply being current on payments MAY NOT guarantee that you won't lose your home. That's because many predatory banks issuing home loans are engaged in a dangerous game of fraudulent practices, including selling securities backed by mortgages and "robo-signers."
In fact, banks have ensured that virtually no one actually holds a legitimate mortgage these days. If you have what is known as a MERS loan, you definitely want to listen to this important broadcast. If you have a MERS mortgage, it's possible you may have legal standing to sue for financial compensation for fraud, clear and marketable title to your property (Quiet Title) or both.

Sleep isn’t typically something we put a lot of emphasis on, but it has a huge impact on our productivity and health. And sometimes, all it takes is a little extra comfort and support to help us relax and drift off into deep and revitalizing sleep. It may be a subtle lifestyle change, but over time the rewards are abundant.
Julie Westervelt is a yoga teacher who noticed her students were more relaxed with the gentle pressure of a blanket on them – in fact, many of them were nodding off at the end of class. So she dug deeper into relaxation and sleep techniques and eventually created a unique pillow that calms the mind and prepares the body for immediate rest.

re: Think asset PROTECTION is just for the Oprah's of the world? Think again...
Let me ask you a few questions:
Are you married? Do you drive a car? Own your own home? Do you have children under the age of 18? Own a business? Work as an architect or designer? Do you remodel houses or work in the trades? Do you give professional medical, legal, or financial advice? Cut hair? Babysit? Clean houses? Prepare food for others? Sell products? Do you own or manage rental properties or land? Have a business partner? Do you have a family revocable trust that you think PROTECTS YOU? (it doesn't...) Is there a possibility you could encounter overwhelming medical debts?
If so, then you a potential target for all sorts of lawsuits, including ridiculous ANNOYANCE lawsuits designed to pick your pockets. Even if you manage to avoid some of the sharks posing as attorneys...even if you manage to overcome the odds and stay in your marriage...even if your kids make straight A's in school and never cause problems...

Teresa's guest is 8-time Ironman competitor, marathoner, author, and speak Tony Lillios. Tony is a longtime serial entrepreneur whose current vision includes coaching others to achieve entrepreneurial success though goal-seting.
Says Lillios:
"In 2009, I had a breakdown that with all my attention focused on goal setting and putting practices in place, something was being left out. Something big! In fact, the better I got at accomplishing goals, the more I noticed this emptiness.
Since then, I have been on an unfolding path that uses goals in service of developing my whole self in an integrated way. A process that uses the goals to propel change while the value imparted is not in the achievement of the goal, but in the unfolding on the path. This Integral Path approach is what I bring forth to my coaching clients."
In this interview, Tony will break down his Integral Path philosophy and help you clarify what you need to do in order to achieve your own vision of a successful, purpose-filled life.

re: Is it still possible to have privacy in the age of the internet?
Cyber security expert Bryan Goldstein explains the nuts and bolts of cyber security and gives Teresa an eye-opening look at just how easy it is to have their identities stolen.
Our digital life has expanded greatly, perhaps for some it even eclipses our "real" lives. You are increasingly vulnerable to attacks from cyber criminals and just plain old SNOOPS.
Is it too late to keep your information out of the hands of those who seek to harm you? Or, are there steps you can do to make it harder for cyber criminals to find your information. What steps can you take as a user to mitigate the risks of a personal security breach? How can you make it harder for criminals to break in to your digital life.
Bryan gives us a few easy-to-implement ways that even non-sophisticated internet users can make their digital lives more resistant to compromises. It's something of which ALL of us need to be aware.
re: No politics... just real economics..
In this episode, Teresa interviews University of Chicago economics professor Dr. Casey Mulligan.
Mulligan's research has included a thorough analysis of how Obamacare has impacted the US economy. He has also covered capital and labor taxation, the gender wage gap, Social Security, voting and the economics of aging, among other subjects. Mulligan's latest book is “The Redistribution Recession: How Labor Market Distortions Contracted the Economy,”
Dr. Mulligsn is affiliated with a number of professional organizations, including the National Bureau of Economic Research, the George J. Stigler Center for the Study of the Economy and the State, and the Population Research Center. He is also the recipient of numerous awards and fellowships, including those from the National Science Foundation, the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation, the Smith- Richardson Foundation, and the John M. Olin Foundation.
Professor Mulligan received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Chicago in 1993. He has also served as a visiting professor teaching public economics at Harvard University, Clemson University, and Irving B. Harris Graduate School of Public Policy Studies at the University of Chicago.
Attn all you parents and grandparents, have you ever: Felt as if something's not quite right about America's system of MANDATORY education? Found yourself dismayed or perhaps even a bit alarmed at what your children have brought home as "assignments?"Seen your children beginning to show signs of exposure to relentless propaganda at school and have they stopped thinking for themselves?Worried about bullying, racism, and pedophilia that occurs on a daily basis in public schools? Teresa's guest, David Rodriguez, a reformer, educator, and activist for school choice, says that these and many other problems are a direct cause of forced government schooling.
David asks questions about status quo education that others won't tackle and considers the very real possibility that mandatory (forced) schooling inhibits creativity and individuality, creates unnecessary stress for our children, and accomplishes virtually none of the stated goals of preparing kids for college, careers, and life,

re: Legalize it?
Whether you are for legalization or against it, it is almost certain that someone you know is being helped by medical cannabis. The movement for legalized marijuana is spreading across the nation, in spite of the recent decision by Attorney General Sessions to rescind the Cole Memorandum under which many cannabis businesses had been operating.
Teresa had a chance to catch up with cannabis business attorney, activist, and educator Pamela Epstein. A prominent player in the push for legalization, Epstein continues to help those who want to enter the business and who encounter a fractured and frustating regulatory climate that seems to change daily.
In this interview, Pamela tells the personal story that drove her to take on the risk-filled world of cannabis and which continues to motivate her in spite of setbacks and legal challenges. If you've been wondering what's going on with marijuana regulation lately, or you are interested in getting into the cannabis business, you need to listen to this interview.

Do precious metals still have a place in the age of crypto-currencies? The advent of these new ways to buy and sell portend exciting times for investors. Still, it pays to understand the market factors before jumping in or significantly changing your investment portfolio.
If you're like most people, you probably understand enough about crypto currencies such as Bitcoin to question whether or not traditional stores of value like gold and silver still have a place. Teresa's guest on this podcast believes that is ABSOLUTELY does.
Teresa's guest, Chris Blasi, is the President of Neptune Global Holdings and creator of the investment tool, the PMC Ounce. Chris is an expert in investment metals and maintains a healthy skepticism when it comes to cryptocurrencies. He’s here to share with us trends to watch for this year with precious metals and how to evaluate the booming cryptocurrency market.
If you or anyone you know is thinking about plunging into the exhilirating but somewhat mysterious and unstable world of cryptocurrencies, then you need to listen to what Chris Blasio has to say about the future of money and banking.

On this episode, Teresa talks to Toby Sanchez, co-inventor of the world's first viable hot coffee, tea, and hot chocolate protein drink.
The story of Cup O'Protein is fascinating. According to the company website:
Toby Sanchez and Donna McReynolds-Sanchez,are the owners of CUP-O Beverages. They have invented, formulated, and produced the innovative CUP-O Protein Coffee Infusion™, which was formulated specifically for single-serving brewed coffee machines to quickly deliver 8 grams of taste-free, odorless, silky collagen protein through a smooth, heavy bodied dark roast coffee and packaged in Recyclable Pods. CUP-O’s flavor is rich with notes of toasted nuts and a chocolatey aroma, providing consumers a hot, delicious, and convenient resource for Energy, Muscle Growth / Recovery, Stamina, and improved Focus, unlike anything that’s been on the market.
CUP-O and its investors have experienced a unique road towards its final formulation and launch of its product. After the Nutraceutical Formulator hired by the Sanchez’s couldn’t figure out a way to full-fill their vision, the company told them “It can’t be done…If the Big Guys could do it, it would have been done by now”. Donna encouraged the couple to bring the formulation Research and Development In-House, literally. After 14 months of tremendous trial and error in their Scottsdale, Arizona kitchen, the self-proclaimed “mad scientists” finally found their eureka formula and celebrated what was to become a truly unique innovation for Single Serving Coffee Pods. It was a long journey and labor of love to find the perfect formulation for their CUP-O Protein Coffee Infusion™ – the World’s First Drip Coffee Collagen Protein blend designed for Single Serving Brewers packaged in recyclable Pods"
This is part 2 of Teresa's interview with author, speaker, economist, and financial expert Nelson Nash.
Nash and Teresa discuss the way the banking industry has consistently not acted in the best interests of consumers and how people can take back management of their own wealth outside the banks.
If you care about economic freedom, you need to listen to this interview with the architect of a movement that gives control, use, and liquidity of their own wealth back to the people.
Nelson Nash will be the first to tell you that he didn't invent the idea of "infinite" banking; that it's an old concept going back hundreds of years. However, he almost singlehandedly brought this concept into the modern American financial lexicon with his groundbreakingInfinite Banking book.
Nelson's ideas mirror that of financial guru Warren Buffett who famously exclaimed that the first rule of building wealth, to paraphrase, is to AVOID LOSING MONEY. Losing money isn't just confined to making poor investments, either. It also means legally and ethically paying as little tax as possible, getting (and staying) out of debt, and managing your cash by building a financial cornerstone that is guaranteed and predictable.
Can you afford to lose even a penny of your savings in this chaotic economic environment? Nelson doesn't think you can, especially if you are over 50 and trying to head toward retirement. In this interview, he will show you that you don't have to lose any of your hard-earned savings when you learn this intriguing money concept.
Want to learn more about Nelson Nash's Ideas? . Long a vocal critic of empty-headed and dangerous government initiatives and fiscal policies, Dr Paul has been warning against a government that is corrupt, bloated, and not inclined to act in the interests of the citizens. Before these issues became trendy,
Dr. Paul was a vocal critic of unsustainable federal debt, government spying on citizens, shaky Keynsian-based economic policies, never-ending war, and nonsensical drug policy.. He was the US Representative for the stae of Texas'14th and 22nd congressional districts, representing the 22nd congressional district from 1976 to 1977 and from 1979 to 1985, and then the 14th congressional district, which included from 1997 to 2013. On three occasions, Paul ran for the Presidency of the United States, first as the Libertarian Party nominee in1988 and as a candidate in te Republican primaries of of 2008 and 2012.
Do you struggle to get ahead, but it seems like you never can? Do you sometimes wonder why the cost of living is so high and prices just keep climbing? Are you a senior who can’t afford to retire because you can’t live off your fixed-income savings? Are you a millennial who can’t afford to buy a home? Is “middle class” now starting to feel the same as lower class? Whatever your income, are you having to work harder and harder to just stay in the same place? What’s going on? Who is to blame, and what can we do about it?

Trusts aren't just for the uber-wealthy.
Whether you are a seasoned real estate investor, wealthy entrepreneur, business owner, or simply an ordinary middle class American who has a house and some cash... you probably need to consider having a trust.
That's because there is a whole gang of lawsuit-happy scammers, lawyers, creditors, tax collectors, and ex-spouses out there who are looking for any opportunity to pick your pockets. Your money is exposed to a variety of threats beyond lawsuits, including civil asset forfeiture which some states are using as an ATM to siphon off assets... even when the person is NOT GUILTY OF ANY CRIME.
We are all at risk. That's why Teresa interviewed asset protection specialist and trust planner Ryan Fowler to ask for his expert advice on how and why to use trusts to protect your assets and your legacy.

Why are so many Americans CHOOSING to leave big banks and use less conventional ways to control their finances?
Why are even some Americans who consider themselves "middle class" utilizing the services of check cashing and pay day loan services, which many people consider to be exploitative?
What is the truth about the number of people in the United States who live paycheck to paycheck, often on the brink of financial disaster?
At one point in our nation’s history, banks were a helpful part of our daily lives.
However, in recent decades, Americans’ views of the banking industry have begun to change, and it’s becoming more apparent that banks put big profits first – before their customers.
Are you tired of overdraft fees, questionable practices that always seem to benefit your bank, or costly checking accounts?
Why is it so difficult to efficiently access your own funds? Well, you’re not alone. Many Americans are waking up and asking, What can we do about this? How can we take back control of our own money?
Teresa's guest, Lisa Servon, is a university professor, media contributor, and the author of The Unbanking of America: How the New Middle Class Survives.
As an expert on banking alternatives and wealth preservation, she is going to help us better understand the options available to us and how to finally get a leg up on the economic ladder.

"The idea used to be, the more assets you have, the more freedom you enjoy to live as you want – get the best healthcare, take nice vacations, be able to choose the career you want rather than taking any job that pays the bills. It makes sense.
Generally speaking, people with greater assets enjoy a higher standard of living.
And so, what better way to control someone than by controlling their assets and their ability to earn income? To make them dependent on the system?," says Teresa's special guest, asset protection specialist and frequent Lew Rockwell contributor, Mark Nestmann.
With over 30 years of experience and a Masters of Law in international tax law, Mark Nestmann is able to speak to the subject of wealth protection like few others. If you've ever wondered why Western medicine has failed so spectacularly at healing many of the common diseases affilicting Americans, then this program is for you.
Researchers are now looking to space medicine concepts and therapies to improve and enhance human health for everyone. Many believe that what has been learned from space programs regarding chronic illness and diseases can be applied to earthbound humans as well and this approach can achieve amazing results.
Space scientists have asked themselves:
Why has chronic illness become so commonplace? Could our conventional medical methods be too linear for our complex body chemistry? Could the problem really come down to properly addressing the body’s interdependent needs and reactions? Is this why conventional medicine often fails with chronic illness?
Teresa's guest, Almas Hussain-Grenz, joined her by phone from Germany, where she is head therapist under Dr. Enrico Edinger, a renowned professor in space-travel medicine.
Edinger and Hussain-Grenze believe space medicine holds the answer to addressing chronic illness in a new and exciting way. Almas is going to share with us how breakthroughs in this exciting field of medicine are responsible for the unique strength and vitality of Russian cosmonauts returning from space in the 1990s and how we can benefit as well.

Is there actually a plan by a handful of powerful elites to destroy the sovereignty of nations by manipulating their economies?
Author and alternative journalist Jon Rappoport discusses how corporatism and the oligarchy has come together to push the world into globalism; a world run by bankers, C-level executives, lawyers, and their lackey politicians.
Driven by a psychological need for control, this "one percent of the One Percent," according to Rappoport, is determined to seize control of the world's resources and governments. Using social engineering, media manipulation, and sometimes even overt violence, the elite break down societies in order to re-create them in their own image.
This is a fascinating interview for anyone concerned about how and why globalism came to be, why collectivism is being forced on the world, and what to expect in the years to come.
On this special episode, Teresa hosts Paul Craig Roberts, former Reagan administration official, syndicated columnist, and political commentator whose keen insights into America's downward trajectory have been featured in dozens of media outlets, including Lew Rockwell.com..
Roberts doesn't sugarcoat the problems facing an increasingly un-free and divided American society. He believes the that the United States is slipping rapidly into tyranny while many of us remain unaware of the severity of the situation.
If you are someone who is concerned about losing your valuable freedoms and having your wealth systematically eroded by bad government, then you will enjoyPaul Craig Roberts' fascinating, and often disturbing, insights.
*although this episode focuses on #Texasgunowners, the program discusses a new Legal Shield program that will eventually be rolled out to other states soon...
If you are a gun owner or are thinking about purchasing a firearm in the future, you need to be able to sort through thousands of pages of ever-changing, obfuscated rules and regulations concerning that firearm.
Make one mistake... and you could find yourself facing stiff fines... even jail time.
Misty Zinsmeyer is an attorney and gun advocate in the state of Texas. She devotes her time to promoting a unique new program that seeks to protect gun owners over the age of 18 from potential legal hassles. The program is currently only available in Texas, but as it gains traction in this state, it will be rolled out in other states as well.
Owning a firearm is a right and responsibility. The legal ramifications of ownership are many and owners need to prepare themselves to get out of trouble,., and stay out.

Not only Texas, but every state has a capitol building, in which are politicians we the people should engage and hold responsible for the laws they establish. Seeing the need to educate people on the process of lobbying and advocating for important issues, this mother and son team have developed the Texas Right to Know website as a mechanism for public involvement in their local government.

Why is unemployment so rampant?

Do you know someone with autism? Chances are, you do. It’s common knowledge now that autism rates have skyrocketed in the past generation. But there is considerable debate as to what causes autism. Could it be the vaccines? That’s a possibility many have already explored. But what if diet could also be a contributing factor? What if many of the neurodegenerative conditions inflicting our society are diet related? What if even health-conscious people are regularly consuming something that turns their immune system against them?
Our guest, Dr. Matthew Buckley, is a naturopath, chiropractor, and expert in holistic health and autoimmune disease prevention and treatment. He’s going to share with us how our immune system works for, and sometimes AGAINST, us depending on our dietary and lifestyle choices.

Most people never intend to get sued or to have life-altering events, such as a major medical issue, that puts them into unimaginable debt.
Unfortunately, life has a way of humbling even the most conservative, diligent planners; putting them into a position where they face extreme financial loss due to divorce, bankruptcy, failed business ventures, and prolonged illness or injury.
Ryan Fowler, founder and president of The Privacy and Financial Shield, LLC believes that everyone, even those who don't run with the Kardashians or Trumps, can benefit from having a solid asset protection plan in place.
Not only do these plans help shield your assets in case of sudden adverse circumstances, but they also help maintain your privacy and peace of mind.
Trusts, living wills, wills, and correct business structures are things that every business owner and individual needs to consider, especially in an uncertain and litigious climiate.
Listen to this podcast and learn how you can prepare for the unthinkable and keep more of your hard-earned money from being exposed.

What's the REAL TRUTH about chronic illness and disease? Are human beings simply DESTINED to break down and have their bodies ravaged and attacked as part of the aging process? Are we victims of our genetics, or simply exposed to too many toxic chemicals and substances as our world grows more polluted? Or.. is nutrition and lack of exercise to blame for our sickness?
If you've ever wondered why you or some of the people you know and love are sick or even dying from disease and chronic illness?
Does it seem to you that traditional treatments and pharmaceuticals fall short when it comes to actually healing people? Is alternative medicine viable or just pseudo science? Are there natural alternative treatments and therapies most doctors don’t recommend or even know about?
Our guest, Dr. Robert Rowen, is a medical doctor and expert in the field of integrative medicine. He lectures around the country on the success of oxidation medicine, and he’s here to share with us some of his amazing findings and success with these alternative methods.

Teresa Kuhn's guest on this episode is none other than demographer and economic forecaster Harry Dent. Far from the stereotypical "numbers nerd," Dent is witty, engaging, and controversial, especially when it comes to his predictions about the future of the economy.

Williams believes a big issue driving the steady erosion of personal freedom is simple apathy. He claims that each generation grows less and less interested in the concepts of freedom and personal responsibility to the point where they don't even recognized when that freedom is beging usurped.
Americans, especially younger Americans, no longer care about being free and are being anesthetized by electronics and the internet and lulled into a false sense of security.

Lenore Skenazy thinks America is creating whole generations of dependent, frightened children who will never be ablel to make it in the world.
Overly-dependent "helicopter parents" hover over their kids' every move, stifling their inate curiousity and desire to explore their world. The result, says author and "World's Worst Mom." If you've ever wondered how you could live to be over 100, while maintaining a high quality of mental and physical health, then you will want to tune in to this episode.
There are over 30 cultures in the world where documented longevity is the norm.
What makes long, healthy lives possible for people in what are considered by some to be primitive cultures? Is it purely genetics? Less stress? Better water or food?
Dr. John Apsley has been studying the habits and lifestyles of primitive cultures for 35 years in an attempt to discover why some of them experience incredibly long lifespans of 100 years or more, on a regular basis.
Dr. Apsleybelieves the answer lies in these native peoples' ability to understand the regenerative powers residing within each human body as well as their respect for, and stewardship of, their natural environments.
Many illnesses, claim Dr. Apsley, can be healed by the human body itself, without the use of drugs or other harsh medical regimes. It's a matter of understanding what regeneration is and how to encourage your body to do what it does naturally.

Are you living the life that your soul desires? Are you free from fear and anxiety and motivated to reach your highest potential?
Rhonda Britten has devoted her life to one thing: to teach people how to master fear.
Whether that’s a fear of rejection or loss; fear of failure or success; fear of abandonment or pain, Rhonda has created a method for anyone anywhere to master the invisible, insidious fear we all have of ‘not being good enough.’ What she teaches is what she’s lived.
After witnessing the horrific murder-suicide of her parents at the tender age of 14, Rhonda went into a twenty-year spiral of self-doubt, blame and addiction. She tried everything to help herself (therapy, self-help books, improvement workshops, PTSD, energy work, you name it.) but still had nightmares every night and couldn’t get past the fear that there was something wrong with her.
Rhonda discovered a pathway to freedom that cuts through false beliefs, negative thoughts and the silent, secret fears every human being carries. Her simple yet life-altering method is called Fearless Living.
An Emmy-Award winner and repeat Oprah guest, Rhonda was the first Life Coach on reality television in the world on the first-show of its kind, Life Doctor (Second Season the series name was changed to Help Me Rhonda). Next, Rhonda changed lives on the hit NBC reality show Starting Over and named its “most valuable player” by The New York Times and heralded as “America’s Favorite Life Coach” by TV Guide. Her own struggles with cystic acne were the motivation for entrepreneur Ann Webb's desire to develop alternative methods for helping people have more vibrant, beautiful skin.
Ann's passion led to research and educate herself about every kind of skin treatment that was available, including specialized, hands-on acne protocols developed by Dr. Brent Schillinger.
Ann went on to work for the PGA Spa, The Florida Center of Cosmetic Surgery, and to serve as Cosmetic Director for the Austin Plastic Surgery Center while maintaining an esthetics studio in her home. Developing a product line came about when she recognized a need for affordable, clean products for her local esthetics clients. Ann envisioned products that would be affordable, simple to use, and contain the best pharmaceutical-grade ingredients available. Together with her best friend, business developer Joanna Marceaux, she developed Skin By Ann Webb, a company that sells natural, effective skin products worldwide.
Ann opens up about how she channeled her passion for skin care into a multi-million dollar business; her struggles and the valuable life lessons she learned on the way to success.

Many people never consider the importance of insurance in conserving and growing cash without exposing it to risk.
In this program, Teresa and Van talk about how specially-designed life insurance polcies can allow individuals more liquidity, flexibility, and control than could ever have with banks or on Wall Street.
Becoming your own source of financing is one way many Americans are avoiding the ups and downs of the stock market and managing their cash resources.
In this episode Teresa talks to insurance and financial expert Van Mueller about how using permanent life insurance to safeguard your nest egg is a viable way to retain the use, control, and liquidity of your cash.
The idea of using insurance for cashflow management, estate planning, and wealth preservation is not new, but Mueller shows its' real world practicality as our economy becomes more and more unstable.
Using cash value insurance creates a predictable way to plan for the future, finance a college education and other major purchases, and avoid risking everything on Wall Street.

Did you know... North American governments
Spend over 51 BILLION dollars a year on the War on Drugs?
Yet these same governments do very little to treat addiction and the "poverty of the spirit" that engenders this addiction.
Dr. Bruce K. Alexander is a Canadian psychologist who believes that society is drowning in addictions, to alchohol, drug use and a thousand other habits. He maintains the reason for this is a growing disconnect as people around are torn from the close ties to family, culture, and traditional spirituality. Alexendar says this rift and lack of social integration has destroyed what used to constitute the normal fabric of societal life.
For many, addiction serves as a substitute for the connectedness for which they long and which provides context and meaning for their lives.
Alexander believes because societal determinants are so much more powerful that individual ones, that addiction is much more a social problem than an individual disorder. This is why he feels that the War on Drugs is so wrong-headed.
Alexander's book, The Globalization of Addiction: A Study in Poverty of the Spirit presents a new look at the nature of addiction, how society should view addicts, and more effective treatments for addiction.
Bruce Alexander is a psychologist and Professor Emeritus at Simon Fraser University, where he has worked since 1970. His primary research interest has been the psychology of addiction. He is best known in the UK for the "Rat Park" experiments, which helped to demonstrate the falsity of the outworn belief that simple exposure to narcotic drugs can cause addiction.

If you're a parent or grandparent, you'd like to see your children go to the school of their choice to pursue their goals and dreams.
Unfortunately, with tuition hikes causing many families going into tremendous amounts of debt, funding a college education seems like an impossible feat.
Marvin Bulas, an Authorized Bank on Yourself advisor, is a specialist in building policies to help cover the costs of college. Using Marvin’s proven strategies, parents are able to plan for college without taking on loads of debt and also:

-They know exactly how much they will have in their policy when the time comes to pay for college.
You may have seen college plans before, but it's likely you've NEVER heard about this clever strategy of college planning that avoids unnecessary fees and interest, allows you unlimited flexibility, use, and control of your money, and keeps you and your kids debt-free.

What are the root causes of childhood affilications such as autism, chronic allergies, obesity, and other diseases? Are they environmentally-related? The result of genetically-modified foods, pesticides, or soil depletion? Is better nutrition the key to healing?
Scientists and health advocates are often at odds when it comes to looking at childhood illness, but most agree that there IS a problem that should be addressed.
In 2010, the Center for Disease Control announced that 1 in 110 children have autism. In just a few years, that number has increased to 1 in 68!
In addition, nearly 13% of kids in the US have some sort of developmental disability.
Add to this the increasing number of obese children and children with moderate to severe allergies and it's easy to question whether or not the healthcare system and pharmaceutical industry in this country is doing the right things to help our children get and stay healthy.
Dr. Renee Tocco joins Teresa to reveal some of the more controversial and startling theories about why so many children are suffering from these severe health issues, and what needs to be done to help them.

If you are a parent or grandparent who is stressed out over exactly HOW you are going to be able to pay for a college education, Teresa and her special guest Jon Dault, have some good news for you.
Even if you've been told that it's "too late" for you to adequately plan your child's education; that you should have started years ago, or that you simply don't have enough income to manage college planning.. there is hope.
Financial strategist Jon Dault learned the hard-core truths about planning the hard way when he started thinking about how in the world he would be able to afford college for his SIX kids.
Dault's journey into the often unfathomable world of college planning led him to believe that many parents have been told the wrong things about college financing and money in general. This bad advice is resulting in a lot of unnecessary stress and tension for families trying to put their kids through college without destroying their personal wealth.
Is it possible to save for college more efficiently, safely, and sanely? How does an ordinary parent navigate the complex and confusing world of college planning and retain his or her sanity? What is the university cartel failing to tell parents that results in a lot of needless stress and anxiety?
If you have ever stayed awake at night wondering how you were ever going to give your kids the higher education they want and need, you'll want to tune in to this presentation

These days we hear a lot about genetically-altered, chemically-grown fruits and vegetables. Many people clamor for food that is fresher, sustainable and grown without pesticides.
What are the consequences of years of pesticide usage and farming methods that strip the nutrients from our soil? IS organic farming practical and are the results really that much better?
Teresa's guest, Tom Earnshaw, is an organic & sustainable farmer, educator, and the founder of Cambridge Farms in northwest Florida. He is an advocate of what he calls “outlaw farming,” and offers people a place to learn healthy farming practices through his classes, farm tours, and gardening partnerships. His Farmer’s Market co-op brings organic farming veterans and newbies together to trade and barter with one another and learn from each other.

Today, Teresa presents her interview with author and freedom commentator Becky Akers. Becky has written extensively on terrorism and the role of the #TSA in actually making us less safe. Akers explains the danger of labeling dissent as terrorism and the chilling effect this has had on nearly every facet of American life.

Depression has effected nearly everyone at some point in time and incidences of chronic depression are increasing worldwide. Millar asks the questions: Could this simple mineral help some people overcome the debilitating effects of chronic depression? Is there a way to help people avoid taking prescription medications that might have long term side effects?

Former Libertarian Party presidential candidate and Constitutional expert Michael Badnarik joins Teresa to discuss the erosion of freedom and personal liberty in America. Badnarik is known for his fascinating Constitutional workshops.
Michael J. Badnarik is a controversial political figure, former talk show host, and author with keen insights into the loss of personal freedom and property rights and the abuses of big government.
Is the controversial American school reform known as #Commoncore simply the latest iteration in corporate America's design to make Americans more ignorant and compliant?
What is the real function of our public education system and how has it been co-opted by large corporations and politicians to produce the kinds of people they need in order to maintain the status quo? Are parents losing the battle to educate their own children?
Charlotte Thomson Iserbyt is an educational insider, a policy influencer who served as Senior Policy Advisor in the Office of Educational Research and Improvement (OERI), U.S. Department of Education, during the first term of U.S. President Ronald Reagan.
Iserbyt is best known for writing the book #The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America an eye-opening revelation of the changes gradually brought into the American public education system designed to eliminate parental, religious, and other influences, and mold the child into amember of the proletariat in preparation for the socialist-collectivist world of the future.
Iserbyt maintains that all so-called school reforms originate from a master plan formulared by Andrew Carnegie's Foundation for the Advancement of Education and Rockefeller's General Education Board.
According to Iserbyt, Common Core is simply the latest version of these corporate driven initiatives aimed at influencing and shaping society rather than encouraging intellectual curiousity, creativity, and true learning.
Iserbyt's findings, while they remain controversial, still provide lots of food for thought as we examine the role of public education in American society and how best to educate our children.
Award-winnng documentary filmmaker Kevin Miller (Generation Rx) discusses what could become one of America's most challenging social issues: the effects from mass drugging of Americans under 21.
Over the past 20 years, prescription drugging of youth diagnosed as "ADD," "#ADHD," bi-polar, or other disorders has become the norm.
Anti-depressants, stimulants, and other mood-altering substances are being doled out to children who, just a few years ago, would have been seen as normal.
The impact from this rush to drug is only just now beginning to be felt.

Former New York teacher David Greene is an author, activist, and one of the few sane, rational voices in the debate over how best to educate American children.
Greene discusses why involved, effective teachers are the the only solution to bureaucratic fixes which often serve only to enrich special interests and hinder the purposes and goals of public education.
Greene says education reforms, such as #commoncore, have only discouraged students, driven away qualified, dedicated teachers, and further impoverished school districts. He advocates for a return to the creativity and classroom autonomy enjoyed by teachers in the past, a push away from relentless standardized high-stakes testing, and more interesting and engaging curriculum.
David Green is the author of "Doing the Right Thing: A Teacher Speaks," a book which sheds light on attempts to reform America's education system and proposes alternatives that can help every kid get a better education.

If you are a #businessowner over 55 and you needed to sell or simply WANTED to leave your business, what would you do?
Would you let one of your heirs take over, or an employee or competitor? If you decided to sell, how would you go about finding an ideal buyer who will give you the best price for your business and retain the integrity of the company you have worled so hard to build?
87% of all business owners in America who want to sell and retire find they cannot do so. A glut of baby boomer business owners who want to sell, coupled with a much smaller pool of buyers and a weak, capricious economy make it difficult to leave a business in a timely manner.
Many baby boomer owners have built their retirement hopes and dreams on their assumed ability to sell their successful business. However, they face an unphill battle for which the only hope of success lies in strategic planning.
In this episode, Teresa talks to business acquisition expert Heath Frantzen (deltabusinessservices.com) and his associate, attorney Mark Torok, about the challeges of selling a business in today's economy and the steps owners MUST take in order to ensure success.
Ever wonder if diet could be a big culprit in the increasing prevalence of #Alzheimer's disease, dementia, chronic fatigue syndrome, ADHD, and other disorders?
Frequent #droz guest and contributor to numerous medical journals, Alzheimer's specialist Dr. David Perlmutter joins Teresa to explain why he thinks consumption of grains, GMO's, sugar and other toxic foods is a leading contributor to these deadly conditions that take a financial and emotional toll on millions of American families.
Dr. Perlmutter's book, "Grain Brain," is a controversial New York Times bestseller and the impetus for the current "gluten free," movement.
