Does anything beyond what can observe with our five senses exist? Can we have a conversation about right and wrong?

As a co-founder of TastyCupcakes.org Michael is familiar with the approach of leveraging games, simulations and experiences. Michael has been creating and applying experiential techniques in the classroom and with teams for close to 20 years. As more organizations embrace new ways of working and collaborating together, games and experiences are being used more frequently. The approach is often used for theater or relief rather than real learning or change.

In this podcast, I try to lay out

  • why these techniques are vital for teams and companies to discover better ways of working together and,

  • how to approach using them

I hope you enjoy the episode.
