I'm a guitarist & songwriter. All tracks here are originals apart from a handful of covers, arrangements and collabs. All recorded & produced by myself in my front room. Hope you enjoy listening!
Inspired by the beautiful scenery of NW Scotland, where we regularly go to unwind. This is the full-band version of the track. there's also an unplugged version on the album.
The unplugged track from my new 2-track album Big Sky. Pre-order or buy the whole lot from Bandcamp, or stream on all digital services!

Revisited this old recording to try and improve the sound quality - mainly with the aid of some vicious EQ. Happy to hear your feedback! :-) (The original is at https://soundcloud.com/kelvynt/dont-look-down-demo)
There's a recent video of me playing this at https://youtu.be/C9yNLY7gBPE
Yet another quick demo, hope you enjoy it! Sorry about the weird sound at about 1:32, think I caught a nail on a string. Authentic lo-fi, y'see.
A rough demo I recorded a few weeks ago when trying out my new LR Baggs M1A pickup (also known as 'laziness' as I couldn't be bothered to dig out my mic). Hope you enjoy it - one of these days I'll record it properly, along with all the rest of my 'demos'!
UPDATE 2/6/15: Replace the track with a multitracked version, sounds a bit fuller :-) Rough demo of the full version of my track 'Understanding' (https://soundcloud.com/kelvynt/understanding). Played on my shiny new Gretsch 5420LH, using the acoustic simulator & a couple of other effects on on my shiny new Zoom G3 multi-effects pedal (do you detect a thread here?). It's a bit tinny-sounding, as it's the direct unprocessed recording.
Hope you enjoy this - struggled a bit with the EQ, as I'm still trying to get to grips with the sound of my Aria after I made a new saddle for it.
Video of me playing this (too fast, as always) is online at https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10151866610576935&l=5866343645441712660
My mind was a blank trying to think of a track title, so Whitespace it is...
UPDATE: The very talented Liroj Anakarkis has added some wonderful words & vocals to this track! Take a listen at https://soundcloud.com/kelvynt/crevecoeur
There's a video of an 'extended' version of this on YouTube at http://youtu.be/S2HINxoTBh8 (I got carried away improvising at the end..)
Messing around with a Dm chord, and this happened. Also the only track I've managed to do so far with completely manual percussion in Music Studio.
