Dr. Shannon Warden, director of counseling at TBC, has a PhD in counseling and counselor education from UNCG.  An author and speaker, Dr. Warden is doing what God has called her to do by helping those that struggle with anxiety so that they can fully experience the joy of God. Due to intensified stresses from the pandemic, national politics and world events, many have had increased feelings of anxiety and depression.  Listen as Dr. Warden explains that you can’t tell the story of joy without knowing the story of pain.
