‘What Are You Doing?’ is a conversation podcast in which we hear about the day to day life of someone, we might not have thought about before. I invite anyone who likes to talk about their everyday occupation to sit down with me for up to an hour. This explicitly includes people without work or unpaid domestic workers.

In this episode of the podcast I met Daniel, a software engineer at day and a comedian at night. We talk about ethics in software development, how governments need input from experts and how there are similarities in writing code and writing jokes. When talking about life goals we also talk about his aspirations as a comedian. Daniel doesn’t do half-arsed things!

We talk about her recent translating gig, boring times in the shop and what creativity and happiness mean. We tried a new podcasting technique which had us lying on the sofa, which I think didn’t help my host abilities, but Mira says so many interesting things, so I decided to release it regardless.
