Established last year by 'Stamford Blue Badge Tour Guide' - Jill Collinge - The Mayor’s Guides offer Stamford town guided tours with both general tours and themed tours available.

Jim and Nicola share their background and how they became involved with the Mayor’s guides, as well as the extensive training that they have gone through before the tours were launched earlier this year.

Jim & Nicola share some of their favourite stories and town facts and additionally ask the people of Stamford to get in touch with any gems of their own that they can incorporate into their tours.

Alex Wallace: founder and Managing Director of ‘The Mintridge Foundation’, joins Graham and Molly to discuss how her past experiences in sport, and suffering from imposter syndrome and depression, led to her creating the charity in 2015. Alex talks openly about those past experiences - both positive and negative - and how through Mintridge, and the ‘Mintridge Army’, they promote active lifestyle and positive mental health for children and young people.

Alex shares the charity’s plans for this weekend’s very special event - 28 not out. With 28 hours of activities planned in support of The Max Hunter Fund, which has become a very special part of the charity, following Max’s passing in August 2019.
