Graham, Lucy and Molly are joined this week by Julia of Scandimania Coffee House. She talks about growing up in Sweden and how her culture has been reflected in Scandimania. Early morning routines are discussed and how, she doesn’t know her customers by name but by coffee of choice!
As the UK heads into lockdown 2.0 Molly shares her plan for continuing to support local business as much as possible and Lucy provides an update on her new business venture!

Graham, Lucy and Molly are joined this week by Jim and Nicola from The Mayor’s Guides.
Established last year by 'Stamford Blue Badge Tour Guide' - Jill Collinge - The Mayor’s Guides offer Stamford town guided tours with both general tours and themed tours available.
Jim and Nicola share their background and how they became involved with the Mayor’s guides, as well as the extensive training that they have gone through before the tours were launched earlier this year.
Jim & Nicola share some of their favourite stories and town facts and additionally ask the people of Stamford to get in touch with any gems of their own that they can incorporate into their tours.

This week’s guest is Mat Short of Stray’s, who shares the story of how Stray’s was born and how he started out; making coffee in Stamford in the early noughties, to owning and running 3 coffee shops - with plans to further expand.
Discussion around how Stray’s comes from a passion of great coffee, good food and jazz!
Lucy also shares how she has spent the last week trying to retune her subconscious and Molly talks of her latest adventure out of town.
One of Stamford’s newest editions - Refill Revolution - are this week’s guests. Julie and Charlotte join Graham, Lucy and Molly to talk about how they became involved in Refill Revolution, their huge range, ‘how it all works’ and their plans for the future.
Molly has her latest Molly moment and after her weekend in Edinburgh, Lucy shares her tips on doing a Scottish accent.
Katie and Sophie from The Bertie Arms are this week's guests; reflecting back on the changes which they have made since purchasing the pub 3 years ago and the way they have adapted through 2020.
They discuss how The Bertie Arms supports various local community projects, events and sports teams, and equally how the community plays a key role in supporting the pub. A good pub is more than just a pub and that is certainly the case for The Bertie Arms.
Molly also shares an exciting couple of editions to Stamford - White Ginger and Refill Revolution.

This week we are joined by Julie from Baby Nomad. This episode starts with a sharp left turn; discussing Martin Guptill having two toes, before we eventually move on to getting to know Julie and all things ‘Baby Nomad’.
Extremely enthused by her vocation, Julie talks passionately about all aspects of Baby Nomad and how she continues to develop her offering to the parents and babies of Stamford- creating a very special community.
Julie shares with us her classes: from pregnancy yoga, through to baby massage; Mum and baby massage, to family yoga.
Julie trained with the International Association of Infant Massage and has since continued her studies and research. Collating much of that knowledge, Julie has a self-published book which is a simple, fun and effective approach to bonding with your baby through positive touch (links below).

Alex Wallace: founder and Managing Director of ‘The Mintridge Foundation’, joins Graham and Molly to discuss how her past experiences in sport, and suffering from imposter syndrome and depression, led to her creating the charity in 2015. Alex talks openly about those past experiences - both positive and negative - and how through Mintridge, and the ‘Mintridge Army’, they promote active lifestyle and positive mental health for children and young people.
Alex shares the charity’s plans for this weekend’s very special event - 28 not out. With 28 hours of activities planned in support of The Max Hunter Fund, which has become a very special part of the charity, following Max’s passing in August 2019.
