I am a drug Food Addict in recovery and I am winning! Most humans are addicted to cooked food and don’t real eyes it! Most of our diseases are caused from eating an overwhelming amount of cooked food and storing it until it becomes dangerous! We are not sick, we are just TOXIC!
I am currently on a NO COOKED FOOD FAST (which I call MY REHAB) because over eating cooked food was making me gain the weight I had spent a year losing! And I can’t have that now can I? NO........Listen and be inspired!!
