Happy Monday! It’s February, the month of love, Valentine’s Day, and all of those things. When we think about love, we often think about marriage. For most people, marriage means many things, including ‘til death do us part. We’re in a society that accepts divorce, so that’s one way many people have chosen to leave their marriage. However, what about when your spouse becomes ill and is no longer, mentally, the person you married? Are you still bound to the vows you once took? This week, we’re discussing the controversy created by B. Smith’s husband, Dan Gasby, when he went public with his girlfriend. We consider their particular situation and our opinion on how he’s handled being a caregiver to his wife, who has Alzheimer’s disease.

As always, we discuss who needs friends this week – and there are a lot of them, including; The Game, all of VA’s leadership, Bow Wow, and these Luxury Brands. As always, thanks for listening! Please check us out on social media @TAYFpodcast.

This week on TAYF podcast, (Episode 99 ½), we’re extending our “Who Need Friends in Pop Culture This Week” segment to the entire show. This week’s episode is a short and fun one. Do you ever listen to your favorite podcast or read your favorite blog and think, ‘how would I answer that'? Well, that’s what we’ve done on this week’s episode. We attempted (through our laughter and astonishment) to give our best TAYF advice from questions posed to the Six Brown Chicks blog. We tried, but honestly, with some of these questions/scenarios, all we could do was leave it in the hands of God, cause this wackiness is way above our pay grade!

As usual, we reviewed who we want to be friends with in pop culture this week, and who needs friends. For sure, we think that Keke Wyatt certainly needs friends, a prayer circle, healing ointments, and whatever else you’ve got. And we definitely WANT to be friends with the Wades (Gabrielle and Dwyane). They welcomed a beautiful baby girl and we couldn’t be happier for the couple.

Want a man just like she has? Ask her what her exact prayer was, and you too can have a man just like him! Or at least that’s what social media would leave you to believe. Lately, we’ve been inundated with women asking Ciara, Nicole Ari Parker, and Yvonne Orji what their specific prayers were to get the man of their dreams. Is this really a thing? We know that God hears all and that he answers prayers, but are we starting to act like good men are just a magical spell away? On this week’s episode hear our thoughts on this trend.

Plus, in our pop culture segment this week, we discuss why Tommie, of LHHATL fame, and Sheree Whitfield need friends. Plus, you’ll hear why one of us wants to be friends with Lil’ Duval. Thank you for listening! Check us out on IG/Twitter @tayfpodcast!

When is enough, enough? That’s the question we ask on today’s podcast. This week we discuss a question that was posed to the #belleoftheburbs, Demetria L. Are all bets off and everything is fair game? Or, is there honor in holding on to those secrets, even if the friendship is no more? We examine all of that in this week's episode.

In pop culture this week, it's been a while, so we're trying to catch-up on the craziness that's been happening. This week we are joined, live, for an in-person listener letter. One of our favorite listeners contacted us about a crazy situation in which she's currently involved. Once we heard the topic, we had to have her come in and tell us all about it during this week's podcast. And it is drama-filled.

As always, we talk about who needs friends this week, including Kanye album listeners, the whack interviewer who had the nerve to ask Serena Williams if she was intimidated by Maria Sharapova, and Don from Black Ink. But we could definitely be friends with Tokyo Toni (Black Chyna's mom) and Tommi from LHHATL (LOL).

Things went left, and we talk about it all on this week's podcast.
