The massive majority of sales managers and people in these leadership roles are stud sales reps that don't know how to manage, lead, and train. It's not their fault. They were not provided with the resources. The reality is they get promoted in these organizations through either personal sales volume or depending on the industry, sometimes these titles were given purely based on the fact that these managers recruited a lot of people to come into their organization.
If you're one of those three people, meaning you're either the leader of an organization looking to get your manager's support, or you're in a management or a leadership role and you know that you don't have the support or the resources that you want to in order to show up for your team more effectively, or number three, you're on the verge of moving into a leadership role and you want to make sure that you can grow into the most ultimate version of yourself in order to show up for your people - this Management Bootcamp is for you.
The management problem is something that Mike is absolutely fascinated with. In this episode, Mike talks about the work he is doing from a high-performance coaching perspective. He spent a lot of time working with individual sales rep and helping them scale their volume at the individual rep level. In other words, taking them from stud sales rep to high performance coaching sales manager.

You're hitting different shots, but you're swinging relatively the same way. It's how well you consistently repeat a movement in different scenarios, and it requires you to have a consistent process and a consistent rhythm. "
How do you build a connection? He added that for you to have a consistent process and rhythm, you need to be able to have a clear mind and a very directed mind. You also need to direct your awareness to a small focus, a small target, and you need to be able to match that target with a rhythm. And that is really what connection is all about."

When purpose-driven entrepreneurs grow tired of spinning their wheels seemingly getting further away from things that actually matter to them, they call Dan for help.
Dan is a lifelong entrepreneur, relentlessly curious, and hopelessly sarcastic.
He’s had the privilege of completing a prestigious fellowship and worked for some of the largest and most successful companies in the world.
10 years ago he gave all of that up – mostly because he was tired of having meetings about meetings to eventually talk about what to actually do. Instead, he spends his time developing tools and helping private clients and partners answer the one question all successful business owners are asking themselves “Am I going to be okay?” through his financial certainty methodologies.
Financial Certainty is an unconventional way of looking at business growth. Instead of focusing on acquiring more, the focus is getting closer to the things that actually matter to the business owner/entrepreneur.
The first step to eliminating entrepreneurial anxiety is decreasing the uncertainty around reaching your goals and Dan has developed a set of proprietary algorithms to systematically decrease uncertainty and increase the power entrepreneurs have over their desired outcomes.
In this episode, Mike talks about how he sets goals effectively for himself, the business, and his clients, as well as how to reverse engineer these goals into measurable action plans.
