I don't need to tell you why you should get outside more, you already feel it in your soul, but what I can share with you on this podcast is how to make it a part of your lifestyle. It doesn't matter if you own businesses like I do or are the CEO of your household this podcast will help you realize that time in the outdoors is important and how to build a better life that includes regular times creating adventures outside.
The road life can be hard but as women we really need to be on alert when traveling. After some recent trips I had where I have really observed how men and women interact I want to share some do's and don'ts of business travel.

Today, I'm talking to the naysayers. You know who you are. When I say camping, you think that you can not find answers in nature, and I'm here to tell you you're wrong. I get it. When I say, "Hey, we're going to go to nature. We're going to try to find some answers. We're going to camp." You're sitting back going, "um no, I'm not hugging a tree."

Camping is a huge, huge space. There are a lot of players and so many people that talk online. It took me just a minute to find my niche and who I wanted to talk to. But now I know that it's people like you. It's people like me, who are running multiple businesses, who know that they need to get out and relax, but have no idea how to do it. My niche, my focus is you. It is absolutely 100% the people that need it the most. And I know that you need it the most simply because it saved my life. Camping truly did save my life.
