At its most basic, personality is the characteristic patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that make a person unique. ... While there are many different definitions of personality, most focus on the pattern of behaviors and characteristics that can help predict and explain a person's behavior.
Someone that I can readily think of whom had somewhat of a narcissistic personality would be King Saul and David had to learn how to recognize the spirit and not attack the person. David even played an instrument that soothed the evil spirit that came upon Saul because of the personality he acquired as King. God can change an individual’s heart, mind, and personality. The Kings heart is in his hand, and he turns it whichever way he desires. Pharaoh's personality was able to be used by evil spirits to bring judgment on Egypt. Judas' personality was able to be used by an evil spirit to betray Jesus. When one's thoughts behaviors and feelings are not aligned to God’s truth and changed by the renewing of the mind that person may have the capability to be a host to a demonic agenda.

Having a God encounter is a very important aspect of our relationship with God. We gather in churches weekly across the land for a God encounter. The 120 people present in the upper room were about to have a fresh encounter with God that would change their theology and those that witnessed it. They simply had to follow the instructions given to them by Jesus himself and wait upon Holy Spirit to come. I often wonder what their waiting looks like. Saul, Moses, Abraham, Daniel, and many others throughout scripture were able to follow God’s ordained paths for their lives because of an encounter with Yahweh. We all have a longing within us for that place of encounter. Listen to my show guest and be ignited to move forward towards a greater encounter with The Holy One.

I have realized that Jesus wants to fix whatever isn’t working properly in our lives. There is not a magic Holy Spirit wand that fixes everything in our lives the moment we accept Christ. It is a life of yielding that brings transformation. We must come to Him unashamed and with a willingness to expose what’s fragmented. This may be a journey for you, but you must stay on the journey. It is interesting that this man did not have a name in the story but a condition. Was he named “the man with the withered hand” among the church attendees? How quickly we pass out labels to people without realizing that God has plans to meet them right where they are to redeem and change everything. When they are willing to expose to Jesus what’s not working in their lives, He makes all things new; the past, the present, and the future.

Many times we do not get the new that is waiting on us because we are holding on to the old. In the words of Princess Elsa, "It's time to let it go".

Can you picture it? The court room is full and the jury is back from deliberation. The defendant and the plaintiff are earnestly sitting on the edge of their seats awaiting the final judgment. I have been dialoguing with the Lord concerning past seasons and seasons many of you may have walked through or are currently facing. I was reminded of a word I shared a year ago declaring a Final judgement to the season of warfare.
Many have been in some of the toughest battles of their lives, but I heard our Lord declaring with the loudest smash of His gavel from heaven case closed! A case gets closed as a decision is reached. If a court file, closed means dismissed, acquitted or convicted, and a case has gone to trial and reached a conclusion. This word was also confirmed as I was praying with a small group of women and another prophetess gave what the Lord has been saying to her "all things are being brought into alignment with my will". The accusations of the enemy were false and the attacks did not prosper (Revelation 12:10). “ and I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethern is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.” Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgement thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is of me, saith the Lord. You did not take the bait of Satan and move in offense. Has the Lord given you an assignment and you are in the middle of a court battle? I want to encourage you to keep trusting in the goodness of the Lord.
As I sat with the Lord, I began to see marriages restored, provisions coming, ministries taking off, churches being restored, children being saved, and bodies healed. Many have been crying out to the Lord for redemption and restoration from the never ending battles and these ones have had to stay so close to our Lord in the past season of battles. The verdict has always been in your favor YOU WIN! These battles have never been yours they have always belonged to the Lord (2 Chronicles 20:15). Do you possess natural talents? Talents and spiritual gifts are both gifts of God given by His grace. Everyone is given some sort of natural talent as a result of genetics even if they are not a believer. These talents include music, art, mathematics, and the list goes on. We are empowered by Holy Spirit at the point of salvation our spiritual gifts come alive and the gifts we have been given by the grace of God are active to benefit us as Christ followers. The gifts and talents we possess are for the enjoyment of others.

A few people that we can look at in History as having special gifts or talents: Michael Jordan; Labron James, Walter Payton, Einstein, Steve Jobs, Sir Isaac Newton and the list goes on and on. There are individuals that have a natural God given talent for a gift and they are graced or empowered by God for that gift to flow through them. Sometimes this grace is given naturally without any effort or it is given as the Holy Spirit empowers you to operate in them.

The word imputed means that the merit of Christ work of mediation is legally charged to our persons, to our accounts, so we are saved, justified, made fit and entitled to all of salvation based on a righteousness we personally did not produce, the righteousness of Christ, our substitute and surety.
This is a salvation by grace. An imputed grace to walk in newness.
Grace is loaded with favor, empowerment, ability, might, and efficiency. Grace is given for our spiritual life, faith, repentance, love, humility, and all the graces of the Spirit of God are available when we say yes to God and come in agreement with the work of the cross.
Do you have so many reasons why you should give up, but you feel there is something for you on the others side of where you are right now? The push that you have felt Is God’s grace nudging you to keep going. That grace is available to us all as we yield to God. I used to think that grace was just the unmerited favor of God, but it is so much more. Grace is loaded with benefits for those that would truly yield to the power of God’s grace through the Holy Spirit. 2 Corinthians 9:8 ; And God is able to make all grace [every favor and earthly blessing] come in abundance to you, so that you may always [under all circumstances, regardless of the need] have complete sufficiency in everything [being completely self-sufficient in Him], and have an abundance for every good work and act of charity.
