On October 25th & 26th, 2013, CIRANO was the host of the 9th Annual CIRANO-CIREQ Workshop on Data Revision in Macroeconomic Forecasting and Policy. This Web Event offers in clockwise order: video interviews with five participating lecturers; the website of the same conference; the program of the presentations (containing scientific articles related to each presentation, according to availability); and the slides of the presentation.
Since 2011, Canadian publicly accountable entities must report their financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).The purpose of this regime change was to enhance the comparability of Canadian firms' financial statements to those of the firms from the more than 100 countries that have already adopted IFRS.
