Ms. Shonitria Anthony is the CEO and Founder of the brand Blunt Blowin' Mama. Her platform is all about normalizing the conversations around cannabis and being a mom. We wanted our 𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝟐𝟎 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 to be one of reflection over the past year. We took our time and highlighted the G.B.U's (𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘰𝘰𝘥, 𝘉𝘢𝘥 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘜𝘨𝘭𝘺) of 2020!
In this episode we highlighted each month of 2020 and even January 2021. There was so much that went down in January 2021 from the take over of the Capitol to having our first Woman of Color as the new Vice-President of the United States. Talk about a lot going on in 2020 and in the first month of 2021 so you know we had to give you our thoughts on it all. Kristy "Miss Thang" Joseph gave us a very candid conversation about all things "𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥." She kept it very real about how different her childhood was from loosing her mother, uncle and her grandmother all within 6 months of each other and at the time she was only 8 yrs old. In addition her father has been incarcerated since she was 2 yrs old. However he is her best friend and biggest cheerleader. Kristy describes how those early childhood experiences changed her outlook on life very early and how it also shaped who she is today. When Bryan was asked to do this interview he said "Sherri what do I have to talk about?" Well as we began the interview we found that Bryan had lots to talk about and share with others. Bryan was raised by a single mother and met his father in his teens. He has had the opportunity to live in Bermuda and the U.S. Bryan is married and has 3 beautiful daughters. He has a fear of heights but works for a company that puts up billboards on the highway and in stadiums. He found out at 29 years old he had colon cancer which is normally a cancer found in older persons. Hmmmm I think he has plenty to talk about.
Bryan told us how he got through some of the trials and tribulations that came at him in those areas mentioned above. He discussed how there are no excuses and no fears and how you can't let any situation make you loose.
