The Optimal part is important as extreme efficiency has to go hand in hand with making progress on getting our results effectively. Simultaneously, we need to balance our Well-being (mental, emotional, social, physical & financial).
Sustainability is a product of harboring an attitude that is truly practical, yet excellent, or at least "good enough" at the same time. We see a synergy between sustainability and nurturing rationally optimistic ambitions.

Samarth is a physical trainer and goes by the name of Cobratraps. He started his career as an insurance analyst with a company called AIG. Worked as a stock trader for 6–7 months and have done masters in Finance Management. During his master’s journey, he started his personal brand into fitness with the name One Motive and co-founded another organization called Milan Global.

This time Dr. V. Kovaichelvan Director of TVS Institute for Quality and Leadership at TVS Motor Company Limited joined us and shared his knowledge with us. He has about forty years of experience in the areas of Production Engineering, New Product Development, Total Quality Management, Human Resources Management, and competency management. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, UK. He obtained his Ph.D. from Anna University with his research on “Competency Management”. With his MA degree in Yoga for Human Excellence from Bharathiar University, he is qualified as an Assistant Professor to teach SKY yoga. He is certified to ‘A’ level of IPMA (International Project Management Association) as ‘Project Director’.

This time, we had an 84-year-old guest, Arun Bhatia in StrangerSapiens. Born in Bombay on 2nd Feb. 1935, he had his schooling in Bombay and
Calcutta while college education from 1952 to 1957 was in the USA at the University of California at Los Angeles. Part of US campus life was with
doing part-time jobs including ice cream boy lifeguard and Hollywood movies extra.
After post-graduation and back in India, he worked in Birla, a start-up computer firm and set up a family industry in the Khanapur forest in Karnataka in 1963. He ran his own companies in dental goods, mining, chemicals, and computer trading. He quit the corporate world in 1987.
He can no longer indulge in his hobbies of scuba diving and horseback riding but still enjoys writing, painting, wildlife photography and socializing with young folk aged 5 to 90 years! You can read the full blog here:

We had a very interesting conversation with Malini who is starting her journey as an entrepreneur at the young age of 22. Her vision of forming a community is truly inspiring for the young minds who want to lead the same path.
