An auto-ethnography on social media usage in relation to distraction. This podcast explores the strong connection between social media and the body - how bodily habits and social expectations can heavily influence our manipulation of social media and vice versa. We will also question affordances of social media as a stable concept, and explore the ways they might be used for different purposes.
