QOTD: what are you feeding yourself with? if you don’t put in the effort you won’t achieve anything. this could be applied to all aspects of your life; whether it be financially or in your relationships around you. effort is require if you want to establish something. however, this comes with constant sacrifice and diligence. remember, you don’t choose what comes in your mind but you choose what stays. fix your mind on the good things♡
there’s only one thing required to change your life: willingness apply this to every area of your life. be willing to start that business, apply for that job, buy that car, the list goes on. involve God & He will give you the mental, physical and emotion capability to establish it. ♡ “feel the fear and do it anyways”
“ My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness “ 2 Corinthians 12:9 confess your mistakes to God, ask for forgiveness & move on ! your mistakes don’t make you who you are but can shape you into the best version of yourself - it all depends on how you see it ♡
it’s not that God isn’t with you, sometimes it’s just the people around you “ Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; But his delight is in the law of the Lord, And in His law he meditates day and night. “ Psalms 1:1-2 remember, eating the fruit sounded “good” to Adam & Eve... review those around you & protect your mind♡
QOTD: have your works been backing up your faith? “ You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe—and tremble! “ - James 2:19 belief is not just a thought, it’s a change of attitude, behaviour, mindset. understand that works don’t produce faith, faith produces works. but works will add fuel to your faith. read that again. slowly. choose to do what sustains your faith♡
QOTD: have you been coming under worldly influences? it all starts in the mind. when walking with someone with opposing beliefs, there’s only one way that they can both walk comfortably together - one has to abandon their beliefs and follow the other. that’s why it’s vital to be steadfast in our faith and rooted in the Word of God because ideally, we want the other person to abandon their faith and have faith in and follow the Lord Jesus Christ. our spiritual life and mission of saving souls is nothing to be messed around with. it is a serious spiritual battle that requires great discipline, perseverance and diligence. great people of faith can fall because they lost focus; becoming too invested in the world rather than the souls in the world “ For though I am free from all men, I have made myself a servant to all, that I might win the more; and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I might by all means save some. Now this I do for the gospel's sake, that I may be partaker of it with you. “ - 1 Corinthians 9:19-23 yes we need to go into the midst of the ungodly to pull them out from the claws of the devil, but we’re not there to live like them, to partake in what they partake in. there’s is ALWAYS a line to drawn. prioritise the discipline of God , your mind & communion with God always♡
QOTD: have you based your faith on a feeling? God is invisible. we cannot physically see Him. God is Spirit. our communion with God comes through faith, and where does faith come from? hearing the Word of God (Romans 10:17) basing your communion with God on a feeling is one of the worst things a christian can do. you can’t physically see God, you can’t physically touch Him. therefore relying on feelings or emotions to tell you about your relationship with God can be spiritually deadly as God is beyond our 5 senses. THE PHYSICAL AND THE SPIRITUAL DO NOT MIX ! but we have a 6th sense, FAITH. come to a Biblical understanding of why you need to follow Christ. thus allowing you to discipline yourself according to the Word of God and His commandments. God isn’t a feeling, but an Assurance♡
QOTD: how well have you been watching your actions? it’s not an anual thing, or a weekly thing. but it’s a DAILY thing! everyday we need to police ourselves to make sure there’s nothing in us that displeases God or can lead us to sin. the last days are here, we are living in it. BE WATCHFUL, BE CAREFUL, BE PRUDENT !! “ Watch and pray, lest you enter into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. “ - Matthew 26:41 rely on the Holy Spirit, trust in His advice ALWAYS♡
QOTD: are you doing it for God or are you doing it for yourself in the name of God? it’s very easy to start serving ourselves - even without us realising. we tend to forget that EVERYTHING (physical and spiritual) we have is only by the grace of God. it’s by Gods grace that you’re here reading this now! being spiritually blessed is NOT a problem. by all means, aim to be spiritually blessed day to day. it only becomes a problem when you start being proud & pretentious. ignoring what people are saying to you because you think you know it all. we will never know it all. the only reason you know what you know now is because GOD CHOSE to reveal it to you - it was never off your own back. so be humble, don’t let this go to your head to the point where you become your own little god. serve God, not yourself ♡
QOTD: who have you let take the space of God? the Bible says we should bear each other’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). bear means to support, help your sister or brother in faith with their battles, advice them! but it doesn’t mean we should take on their burdens ourselves - only Jesus can do that we all have burdens and challenges in life that we aren’t able to handle without the help of God. stop trying to take on other people’s burdens when you’re still fighting to overcome your own. understand that only God can truly take away your burdens. you obey the law of Christ when you offer a helping hand to someone as you’re loving your neighbour. FRIENDSHIPS ARE VITAL TO YOUR WALK WITH GOD; but it comes with a balance bear each other’s burdens, don’t try to take them on♡
QOTD: how have you been reacting to the unexpected situations in your life? obscurity is defined as: the quality of being difficult to understand or a thing that is unclear or difficult to understand we all go through seasons of obscurity that we may never understand or the purpose of that season until a whole new season is birthed. it’s in these times where we really need to cling to God more than ever. He knows what you’re going through, and He knows how to get you out. no matter how hard the situation is, don’t give up, look to Jesus and trust He will deliver you from it. DON’T GIVE UP, YOU’VE COME THIS FAR! “ Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. “ - James 1:12 (ESV) learn to embrace the seasons of obscurities in your lives because once you understand the fruits of the season; you blossom♡
QOTD: do you believe in the true gospel or one you’ve just created? it’s very easy for us to miss the point when it comes to the gospel. this world is so materialistic and is always fascinated on the creation and not the creator. the gospel isn’t about us, but about God and the sacrifice He made in order to demonstrate His love for us and to save us from sin, death & yourselves. “ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. “ - Romans 5:1-2 the gospel isn’t about you, but it’s for you♡
QOTD: what does it mean to be a true Christian? nowadays, everyone has their opinion on what a christian should be. however, those expectations aren’t devised on Biblical teaching but just mere emotions as victor said, when someone comes to tell you something about your faith - WORK IT OUT. even if they say 2+2=4, yes it sounds correct but work out for yourself why it is correct when you come to a TRUE BIBLICAL understanding of what it means to serve God, to deny yourself and follow Him, nothing will stop you from doing DAILY come to your own BIBLICAL understanding of God, not somebody else’s “ Then He said to them all, “If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.” - Luke 9:23 ♡
QOTD: what can you do to ensure that you’re progressing each day? We need to realise that everyone’s race & relationship with God is unique. remember that everyone’s race is different, different lengths, different paces and different goals. never lose sight of your OWN relationship with God. keep pushing forward! Abraham waited 25 years for his blessing. Daniel was consistent for 21 days. Joshua persevered for 7 days. Everything is personal! just ensure that you have tunnel vision on your own journey and you never lose sight of the goal. progress is still progress after all♡
QOTD: how are your fruits? “Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,” - Matthew 3:8 your fruits should show that you’ve given up sin apostle paul said “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away;” - 2 Corinthians 5:17 so if you say you’ve given your life to Christ, why are your fruits still the same as to when you were in the world? this is not a post to judge you, but to get you to think! because boy, i sure do have a lot of seeds to be planting myself. just know you’re not alone and God is watching you every step of the way! carrying on planting and allowing God to garden♡
QOTD: is it the devil making things go wrong in your life or simply just your decisions? the devil has been rooming this earth for countless of years. he has been studying human behaviour longer than any psychologist and trust me, he has a bachelor’s degree in it. the devil studies you - you’re weaknesses, your strengths, your desires. he KNOWS what he can possibly do to make you fall. but the one thing is..... THE DEVIL CANNOT READ YOUR MIND ! the devil likes to attack people’s minds because when you have a negative outlook on your situation, it’s hard for you to overcome but... “ Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the schemes of the devil. “ - Ephesians 6:10-11 decide to take back your mind today, become stronger in you mind and develop your mindset, meditate on Gods words. with God on your side, you can conquer anything♡
QOTD: what have you been ignoring about yourself? it’s easy to look to others because we can see them at any time without any diligent work. however when it comes to ourselves, it harder because diligence, perseverance and patience is required. looking to others won’t get rid of the complexes within yourselves. unfortunately, it makes them worse as you allow them to grow and develop more - causing it to take root (and those are always hard to uproot) decide today to disconnect from others and look within yourself, dealing with those inner battles you’ve been putting off. “Cast your burden on the Lord, And He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved.” - Psalm 55:22 there is no triumph without trial♡
QOTD: what made you stop seeing your potential? the devil and his demons are extremely good at what they do. they know how to work to hold people back especially in people's minds. so how can one overcome this? humble yourself before God, recognising you are nothing without Him as well as becoming mentally tough and thick skinned “ Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. “ - James 4:7 allow the peace of Christ to rule your mind♡
QOTD: when was the last time you sat down to appreciate life? no matter what we do, life always goes on - don’t try to speed it up or stop it. the thing about grasping after the wind is that you’ll never achieve it, EVER. life is unpredictable and uncertain. but the one certain thing is Jesus. in Him you can be certain of your salvation, of your future after earth, certain of your happiness and peace. stop chasing what the world says to chase, it will always be out of reach. but instead chase God. chase eternal life. chase true life. “ Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. “ - John 14:27 ♡
“Trust in Him at all times, oh people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us." - Psalms 62:8 It's easy to trust God when things are going well, but we must believe in Him in all times - even the difficult. He will be there for us through it all. God is not a man that He should lie, so if He said in His Word: He WILL be with us, He WILL heal us, He WILL give us peace and take away all our fears if we humble ourselves... HE WILL DO IT QOTD: What Haven’t You Been Trusting God With? ♡
“ Seek the Lord and His strength; Seek His face evermore! “ - 1 Chronicles 16:11⠀ ⠀ QOTD: what are you actually seeking for in that sin?⠀ ⠀ when you sin, it seems like you’re gaining a lot; power, money, fame, status etc. the list goes on! but what really happens is that gradually you begin to replace God with the riches of this world. making other things your God. the Lord Jesus said: ⠀ ⠀ “Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away” - Matthew 24:35. ⠀ ⠀ everything you gain from this world WILL pass away, if won’t lays forever, nor will you carry it to the grave⠀ ⠀ so seek something that is eternal. seek peace that’s eternal. seek happiness that’s eternal. seek life that’s eternal♡⠀
QOTD: what do you need to revise for your next test?
we’re human beings and we make mistakes ALL the time & the human mind has a funny way of dealing with those mistakes - by constantly reminding us. telling us we’re not good enough, to give and up and we’ll never male it. - drawing you backwards and making you dwell on your past, consequently stopping you from pushing forward. trust the process, keep moving forward and never look back - it only slows you down.
“ Do not consider the former things, Nor consider things of the old “ - Isaiah 43:18
“ Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I PRESS ON, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me “ - Philippians 3:12
keep on taking your test until you achieve 100% - and that 100% can only be achieved when we’re in Heaven ♡
QOTD: Have you been a phoney pharisee?
“ Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. “ - James 4:7
these linear steps go a long way. The Bible is truth, so best believe this scripture WILL happen when done accordingly.

Submit To God - humble yourself, accept His superiority over your life

Resist The Devil - be rooted in the Word of God to become aware of the devils tricks and deceptions

And he Will Flee From You - follow Christ and ignore the temptations of the devil and eventually the devil has no option but to depart from you

be patient and take things one step at a time. We need to realise that everyone’s race & relationship with God is unique. Maybe you started comparing yourself to other Christians out there- then you begin to feel inadequate. But remember that everyone’s race is different, different lengths, different paces and different goals. So focus on yourself and your own growth, never lose sight of your OWN relationship with God.
keep pushing forward! progress is still progress after all.

this is one of the last commands that the Lord Jesus gave to His disciples before He ascended into Heaven. the urgency of the salvation of the lost souls is so important to Him that it was one of the last things He said to the disciples.
if we say we follow Him and desire to please Him, this word is for us too.
let’s save souls for God♡

I would recommend to read on the first 2 chapter of Ephesians - it really reiterates the love God has for us and how He looks at us.
