Mahabharat - leadership principles and leadership development Personal mastery? - in what manner? How can one get started ? Expanding one's capacity igniting the genius within Prasad Kaipa got his ph.d. in physics from IIT Madras and was an assistant professor in University of Utah in early 80s. That is when he discovered Macintosh from Apple and soon, he was an employee of Apple. He worked as manager, software product marketing in Apple International, manager, school of Technology in Apple University and then as a fellow in Apple University. He researched how people learn, think, create and collaborate by interviewing 17 nobel laureates and 200 extraordinaries. In 1990, he left Apple and later taught in different business schools in US and India including Indian school of Business and USC in visiting roles.
