In this episode, I talk about my journey with Spanish so far. I have been learning loving it and I can't wait to learn more. Are any of you guys learning a language? I also talk about the value of jumping right into something without being overly prepared. You might not feel ready, but jumping into something will teach you more than you can ever prepare for. It teaches you the value of your mistakes and helps you understand what you are learning more wholly. Hope you enjoy this episode!
Sometimes we make mistakes and they only affect our own lives. Other times, we make mistakes that hurt the lives or feelings of others. In this episode, I discuss various situations where that might happen and share a process I thought of in order to work through the guilt that might arise because of that situation. I share some personal stories involving guilt and mistakes, as well as discuss some mistakes I might make in my future as a first-year teacher. For my first longer episode, I wanted to talk you guys through what my vision for this podcast is so far. It isn't totally fleshed out, but you guys will be with me through it all. I want to be totally transparent about the process and all of the mistakes I make along the way. I hit on some key topics I want to address first and how this will work in the beginning.
