Do you have something in your past that you are ashamed of? Scared to talk about something you have gone through? You are not alone! Lauren talks about how she has worked through some difficult things and she can now talk about them with the hope it helps others. Learn how she worked through shame to be able to open up and share her story.
Bio information and picture from https://www.laurensisler.com
Lauren Sisler is a two-time Emmy award-winning sports broadcaster who joined ESPN and SEC Network in 2016 as a sideline reporter for both college football and gymnastics.
As a sportscaster and former collegiate gymnast, Lauren is passionate about sports, but even more passionate about telling the stories of the coaches, athletes, and fans who make it more than a game.
Her life was not always defined by victories. In 2003 as a freshman at Rutgers University, tragedy struck her world when she unexpectedly lost both parents within hours of each other to their concealed battle with prescription drug addiction. On her journey through grief, Lauren bravely emerged from the shadows of shame, embraced her story, and found hope again.
“I carried that shame until I finally realized I wouldn’t let the pain I harbored define me, just like it didn’t define my parents.”
Lauren realized that embracing her story and making peace with it had the power to heal, and she could inspire others to do the same.
Through her authenticity and vivid storytelling, Lauren’s presentations take listeners on an emotional passage that ignites gratitude and a reimagined purpose in their lives.
“Your story is significant. Learn to love it, then do something with it.”

We talk with Dee about her book "Born. Giving birth to a new you" and all things about love. She has had an incredible acting career and is focusing on healing energy. Dee’s important message to the world is: Love yourself beyond anyone or anything else. Love yourself so much that you can’t do anything that doesn’t make you love yourself more. Dee began her channeled healing work over twenty years ago when she dropped to her knees after her husband’s sudden death and asked for a way we could “heal ourselves.” Seconds later she received her first message: use the light within you to heal yourself. She has passionately been teaching the art of self creation ever since. Dee is a strong advocate for accepting (at an early age) our own magnificence and power in a positive, loving way. A child’s personality is set between 4-7 years of age which has a direct impact on the creation of their life. Dee’s important message to the world is: Love yourself beyond anyone or anything else. Dee has authored five books on the subject of self-creation: Conscious Creation, The Big E!, Bright Light, Getting Stuff and Wake Up Now! One of the most respected Latina actresses in Hollywood, April Hernandez-Castillo's personal life story is one of victory. Her feature film debut as Eva Benitez in the Image Award-nominated MTV film, Freedom Writers (2007), alongside Academy Award-winner Hilary Swank, put her in the ranks of some of the biggest names in the industry.
An actress with a blend of unlimited expression and humor, the Bronx (NY) native made her stage debut at the famous New York Comedy Club in New York City as a stand-up comedienne. As an actress, April expanded her stage experience to television. She got her first acting break as the Yo/Yoa Girl alongside NBA All-Star Houston Rockets center Yao Ming in the 2004 Super Bowl Visa Check Card national commercial. Next came major television roles that would include NBC's Emmy-award winning series ER (1994), Law & Order (1990) and 30 Rock (2006). Keeping an eye on the big screen, in 2007 she tried out for the role of a lifetime and got it--in "Freedom Writers". She would co-star alongside one of Hollywood's biggest stars, Hilary Swank. It was in this role that April would catch the attention of The View (1997) producers, who invited her to co-host the show.
Reaching critical heights, her portrayal of Eva Benitez earned her recognition and critical acclaim confirming her status as one of the more talented up-and-coming actresses. Displaying the talent and drive to parlay success into a career as a respected actress, April garnered roles in the pilot Blue Blood (2008) on Fox and Showtime's Nurse Jackie (2009), CBS' Person of Interest (2011) and received a SAG Award nomination for her role as Officer Cira Manson in Showtime's award-winning drama Dexter (2006), a role in John Mitchell's sci-fi comedy The History of Future Folk (2012), guest-starred as Danny Pino's sister on NBC's drama Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999) and appeared in two episodes of FOX's hit show The Following (2013).
April has demonstrated her versatility as an actress. However, her latest role is not in front of the camera but as a motivational and inspirational speaker.
Undergoing Transformation: Mother of Child with Disabilities Shares How God Uses Unexpected Seasons
When unexpected moments change life’s trajectory, we’re left with a choice: Do we overcome the unexpected, as the world recommends, or undergo it? Author Jillian Benfield says undergoing an unexpected season begins a transformation that deconstructs our old self and reconstructs us into who God intends us to become.
In her book The Gift of the Unexpected, Jillian uses her own life-altering moment—her son’s Down syndrome and congenital heart defect diagnoses— to encourage readers not to gloss over the hard parts of the human condition. Instead, she says, undergoing the unexpected gives us the opportunity to let go of our old selves, tearing down false beliefs about our identities, humanity, and the divine.
“Intense. Stunning. Needed. Jillian’s words will help you discover beauty in the unexpected.” Leslie Means, creator of Her View From Home
In a culture where the prosperity gospel (control) and the American dream (achievement) are glorified, God uses the unexpected to disorient us from the ideals of Western society. His surprising gift equips believers to relate to the world’s pain and recognize how our worth and purpose rest in Him.
“I believe your unexpected moment, your unexpected life, holds the same potential for you,” Jillian writes. “But only if you resist society’s instance on overcoming the unexpected and choose instead to undergo it.”
The Gift of the Unexpected releases with Bethany House on January 17, 2023.
Jillian Benfield is a former journalist and news anchor. She holds a broadcast journalism degree from the University of Georgia. As a freelance writer, her essays about living an unexpected life have appeared on sites such as TODAY, Good Morning America, Yahoo! News, and ABC News. Jillian regularly advocates for the full inclusion of people with disabilities in her writings, in her community, and as a part of the National Down Syndrome Congress’s National Down Syndrome Advocacy Coalition.

I grew up in a Christian home. I knew all the Christianese, but I didn’t know why I believed it – or how it applied to my life. It wasn’t until college (I have a B.S. in Religion) that I realized what the gospel was meant to do. The gospel is meant to transform how we view the world: How we think, act, date, love, work, marry, and parent. Following Christ is a daily forward motion into the heart of God. As my walk with God deepened, I sought answers to the tough questions my millennial peers were asking. These questions were about everything: alcohol, dating, marriage, sex, and politics, and I wrote about what I found. And through a secret struggle with lust, I came to understand I was only as safe from sin as I was close to Christ. Today, I’m still finding biblical answers to cultural questions.
My goal as a teacher? To teach you how to discern truth, know what (and Who) you believe, and live your faith boldly in a post-Christian world.

My JourneyVision- to see more awakened souls
Mission- To contribute to this inner awakening
Journey- An endless one
The purpose of every life is humanity, and to fulfil this purpose, we are given a unique ability. After finding my special gift, I felt I could do something to satisfy my soul.
The thoughts I write and share are either the lessons I have learned through my own experience and the experiences of others or inner guidance that connects me to the highest soul.
As I wrote, I grew and became more aware, and as I became more aware, I experienced enlightenment that I had never felt before.
In my professional life, I treat patients with medicine, but in my personal life, I try to heal with my words.

At age 11, Michelle was permanently disabled in a car accident that froze her growth at 4’ 4” and left her needing crutches to walk. By her own admission, she wasn’t just physically small – she used to live her life emotionally small. The hardest part of living with a visible disability was the shame and unworthiness she carried in her heart and mind.
So she embarked on what began as just a physical fitness journey – and evolved into a life-transformation journey when she decided to join her gym mates in their quest to climb Machu Picchu in Peru. She hiked up the 26 miles of ascending trail, 8-10 hours daily. She had to bandage her wrists so they wouldn’t break as they took a load of her body weight with every step on her crutches.
She ultimately ascended the peak … crawling on her hands and knees at the end, to the cheers of those in her party who had been strangers at the outset of the journey.
When she came home, she was changed forever. The voices of shame and doubt about her body were gone. She was free to live life fearlessly. And to help others do the same. To guide them along their own journey to becoming fearless and limitless, to having the courage to say "yes" to their own Machu Picchu -- those challenges that too often intimidate them into inaction.
Her message, and the experiences that birthed it, are both a balm and an emboldened for leaders today. Those who need encouragement and equipping to pass along to those they lead find it daily through Elevate LifeCoaching, her speaking engagements, and her podcast.

Michael was born to a hyper-abusive drug addict mother who cut his finger off at 4 years old, a step-father you pray you never have, and a racist grandmother that pushed him into an identity crisis. By the time he was 9, his family was in poverty and often homeless all while being members of the Mormon Church. At twelve, he was adopted by his grandmother and quickly turned to drugs and alcohol to survive the continuing abuse. Despite multiple learning disabilities and not graduating high school on time, Michael found success in Corporate America in his early twenties. However, success only made things worse. Michael found himself morbidly obese, high and drunk daily, and ultimately self-sabotaging everything around him. It was not until finding his inner power through his Mirror Moment and choosing to do whatever it took to work through childhood trauma that his life really began. Michael Anthony is the author of the best-selling book Think Unbroken and is a coach, mentor, and educator for adult survivors of child abuse. Michael spends his time helping other survivors get out of "The Vortex" to become the hero of their own story and take their lives back. Michael hosts The Michael Unbroken podcast, teaches at Think Unbroken Academy and is on a mission to create change in the world.

I help women like you show up for themselves every day. one tiny step at a time.
I see you. you show up for your family and community allll the time. but showing up for yourself? not so much.
YOU WANT TO: * rediscover your real deal self. * uncover your passions and purpose. * start doing the things that will bring you closer to that purpose. * make time for connection. * have accountability and maybe even a cheerleader.
and that’s where i come in. i got you. i can help you with those things, if you don’t mind a little tough love along the way.
I know that when you start showing up for yourself, every day, even in the tiniest way, you’ll start showing up for other things in your life, too.
once you start showing up for yourself, you’ll uncover more of the authentic you. you’ll feel more organized and confident and full of direction.
HERE ARE SOME THINGS I AM OBSESSED WITH. AND I WANT TO SUPPORT YOU IN BECOMING OBSESSED, TOO: * TINY, DAILY HABITS. * MONTHLY, 100 DAY, AND YEARLY CHALLENGES. * SETTING GOALS. * CREATING DETAILED PLANS TO MAKE YOUR GOALS HAPPEN. * TAKING IMPERFECT ACTION. OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. * BEING NOT-TOO-SERIOUS. LAUGH. EXHALE. * BEING KIND TO OURSELVES (AND EACH OTHER). * BEING THE REAL DEAL THROUGH AND THROUGH. * VALUING PROGRESS OVER PERFECTION. * BELIEVING THERE IS ROOM (AND A NEED) FOR ALL OF US.

Against all odds on a gridiron in South Bend, Indiana, Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger carved his name into history books as perhaps the most inspiring graduate of the University of Notre Dame. As fans cheered "RU-DY!, RU-DY!," (which is now considered to be the underdog chant of a lifetime) this "five-foot nothin', a hundred and nothin' … without a speck of athletic ability", sacked the quarterback in the last 27 seconds of the only play in the only game of his college football career. He is the first player in the school's history to be carried off the field on the shoulders of his teammates.
As the son of an oil refinery worker and third of 14 children, Rudy rose from valleys of discouragement and despair to the pinnacles of success. It took years of fierce determination to overcome obstacles and criticisms, yet Rudy achieved his first dream - to attend Notre Dame and play football for the Fighting Irish.
In 1993, TRISTAR Productions immortalized Rudy's life story with the blockbuster film, RUDY. Written and directed by Angelo Pizzo and David Anspaugh, the award-winning team who brought us HOOSIERS, the critically acclaimed RUDY received "Two Thumbs Up" from Siskel and Ebert, is considered one of the "Most Inspirational Movies of All Time" by Fandango, IMDB, Ranker and countless other websites. USA TODAY ranked RUDY as the #1 "Best Football Movie of All Time." The film continues to inspire millions worldwide.
Today, Rudy Ruettiger is an Emmy Award Winning Motivational Keynote Speaker, author, and producer with over 25 years of Experience speaking to Corporations, Universities, Sports Teams, and Special Events. His Captivating personality and powerful message of "NEVER QUIT" and "YES I CAN" comes from his personal experiences of adversity and triumph and lasts a lifetime. Time and time again, Rudy's appearances receive thunderous applause and standing ovations as he inspires groups of 200 to 20,000 around the world.
Recently, Rudy offered his message in his orginal production, DREAM BIG: Rudy Ruettiger Live on Broadway, presented at the Samuel Friedman Theatre, along with his daughter Jessica Noel Ruettiger who made her Broadway debut performing her original song, "This Is My Dream" in the show's finale. Dream Big has plans to tour to other cities including Chicago, Boston, and Las Vegas.
In Celebration of the 25th ANNIVERSARY of the Movie RUDY, the film was presented on the big screen at the Microsoft Theatre in LA while the Famous Hollywood Orchestra performed the film's musical score live in perfect time during a sold-out screening of the film.
Rudy's candid nature and willingness to connect with every person he meets with a bold, refreshing and relevant message has poised him to exemplify his message in his real life, over-coming obstacles, persevering through adversity and making every second count. He is a willing, able and inspirational speaker who is looking forward to being a part of your next event. Millions have been inspired by the movie RUDY, now let the man behind the movie inspire you!

Hi, I’m Amanda Louder
I’m a Certified Life Coach, and am currently working on a Sex, Love, and Relationship Coaching certification as well.
My specialty is helping Conservative Christian women learn to embrace their sexuality, and love their sex life (for them!) And I absolutely love serving women and marriages in this way.
I grew up just north of Salt Lake City, Utah as a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormon) in a strong two-parent home with two younger siblings. After graduating high school, I attended Brigham Young University and studied Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. I married my first husband just after my Freshman year. Together we had 3 children and we divorced after 13-years of marriage.
I’ve been married to my amazing husband Kevin since 2012 and we have a beautiful life together. I am a step-mom to his two daughters, and our five children are now ages 13-22. I’ve also recently become a dog mom to our cute maltipoo (I never thought I would say that!)
After growing up in a home where we didn’t talk about sex, I had a lot of shame around my sexuality and spent almost my entire first marriage hating sex. I didn’t enjoy it, didn’t have pleasure from it, and only did it to get him off of my back for a while. But when our marriage really started going south I thought that maybe improving our sex life would help, so I starting learning everything I could about sex and sexuality, despite my deep shame.
What I learned is that I didn’t have a very good relationship with myself. And through working on myself and sex, I began to change. I no longer felt powerless in my marriage and my confidence grew. I quickly realized that sex wasn’t going to fix my marriage, and it ended in divorce. But better things were on the horizon.
Now that I am married to Kevin, I am living the life I always dreamed of. We have an amazing marriage and a great sex life. I have been coaching women in their marriages since 2018 and I feel happier and more content than I have ever been. I want that for you too.
Kevin and I live in Salt Lake City. When we aren’t watch our middle daughter play softball, you can usually find us on camping and fishing for salmon on a local area lake. In my spare time, I love to read, and binge shows on Netflix.

We go through a breathing exercise and speak with Heidi about all the things she is working on.
Who am I you ask? What a fun question to answer in a way that isn’t all about a title. I am a giver, a big giver, a cheerleader for others success, a writer, nature lover, a heart space advocate, an ear to listen, a heart that understands, a feeler, a heart/soul searcher, an empath and an intuitive healer.
Life has been an incredible journey so far and has taught me so much as a feeler of everything. That hasn’t always been easy, but I have learned over the years how to enjoy life and not let my service-oriented, empathic self get in the way of that.
Life is here for us to live it. We are here to love and be loved. We are here to experience each other and ourselves in our greatest potential. We are here to bear witness to ourselves and all living beings.
Heidi is a Heart Space & Emotional Health Coach, Holistic Health Practioner, Intuitive Healer, Writer, Blogger, and Love Slinger. Kaya Jones is perhaps best known as one of the lead singers for The Pussycat Dolls, which was one of the most popular girl groups in history having sold more than 15 million albums and 40 million singles worldwide. The Pussycat Dolls rapidly expanded to include a Las Vegas show, merchandise, reality television programs and product endorsements, making them one of the most recognizable and bestselling music brands of the decade. Jones was one of the founding members and closely involved with the development of the group's sound and style.
Since leaving the group, Jones has brought her own sound to the masses and developed her career as a solo artist. Her solo hit singles include "Hollywood Doll" and "Take It Off," both of which became top dance songs throughout the world. She put out two solo albums, "Confessions of a Hollywood Doll" and "Kaya," and has performed at several of the top clubs in Los Angeles and New York. She also sang backup for Mick Jagger on the Golden Globe winning song "Old Habits Die Hard" from the soundtrack for the movie "Alfie."
Jones has also developed the Hollywood Doll brand, which designs and manufactures a line of dolls, and fashion and beauty products for young girls. And, at the age of 26, Jones became the youngest female in history to start her own record label, HueMan Race Records.
At the age of 13, Jones was discovered by R. Kelly and signed to his record label for development as an emerging talent. By age 16, she had signed with Capitol Records and in 2003 auditioned and was selected from more than 2,000 other singers for the coveted spot with the Pussycat Dolls. After being indoctrinated into the girl band, she went under the tutelage of legendary music producer Jimmy Lovine.
Jones was born in Toronto to a Native American father and a Jamaican mother. She spent the first several years of her life traveling with her family throughout the Caribbean before they eventually moved to the United States and settled in Las Vegas. As a young child, Jones spent her time learning to act, sing and play the violin.

The Lioness Queen christian women's empowerment organization represents courage, hope and faith. The organization is dedicated to inspire, encourage and empower women to use their faith to let go the residue from their past and embrace their purpose. We believe all women should recognize the worth of their crown and the importance of releasing residue from their lives is necessary for walking in their purpose.
Rev. Dr. Marisha founded the Lioness Queen organization in February of 2020. She is a licensed minister, encourager, author, counselor, motivational speaker, influencer, professor, divorce coach and podcaster dedicated helping women recognize the worth of their crown. She is best known for the Lioness Queen christian podcast, Lioness Queen YouTube channel, and the virtual monthly "I Am Series" Women's Empowerment sessions.
Born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Silver Spring, Maryland; Rev. Dr. Marisha has lived in Maryland her whole life. She began her pursuit of knowledge in 1991 and after so many years, Rev. Dr. Stewart obtained 4 degrees connected with helping others.
She accepted the Lord at a very young age. Growing up as a preacher's kid (PK), she learned for herself who God was and what He can do. In 2019, Dr. Stewart became a licensed minister at Cornerstone Peaceful Bible Baptist Church while at the same time God was doing an inner work on birthing a ministry. When she finally accepted the call into ministry, she experienced separation/divorce. One would think this would not happen after accepting the call to do God’s work but God had a bigger plan. Divorce was the biggest traumatic experience she had ever faced in her life; however, it was the most influential moments that catapulted her into her purpose of founding the Lioness Queen organization.
Since the conception of the organization, the Lioness Queen podcast aires on 8 different platforms to 30 different countries with 28.7K downloads and was recently featured as #12 in Feedspots Top 20 Christian Women Podcast. Everyday Rev. Dr. Marisha is building her following all over the world, on Instagram 16.5K followers, Facebook 1.8K followers, Twitter, Tik Tok 1K followers and even Pinterest with 23K followers. In addition, Rev. Dr. Marisha has been featured on more than 45 other podcasts, interviewed on IG LIVE shows and ministered at international conferences giving women hope and a voice. Her transparency and willingness to be honest about the importance of using one's faith is the key to believing that your latter days are better than your former.

I believe there is still significant power in the sharing of testimonies. In this day and age tangibility and honesty is what most people are yearning for, whether it be in their home, in relationships, or in spirituality. We are all seeking to fill the holes in our dissoluteness, with light and love. And with that belief I lay myself on the line, sharing my most intimate moments with you. With the hope you will walk away feeling empowered to be your truest self! Also, so that you will do the same for someone else-in a pay it forward kinda way.
I grew up the only girl with 5 brothers. There was no precious Princess in my house. My Mother was a single Parent and was tough as nails; sometimes to a fault. At the age of two I was recovering from burns on 25% of my body. By the age of ten I was emphatically convinced pain and family was synonymous. One Stepfather beat my brother and me for sport. Another violated me in a way I had never experienced and it would take thirty-four years to confront the pain of it all. These mentionable' s, alongside the death of a child, abandonment issues, physical abuse from a spouse, and an inherited blood disorder effecting my son eventually sent me spiraling. But God!
The entire journey birthed an inspirational memoir titled, "The Prescription is in the Dirt". Now Available in Paperback and eBook version on Amazon.com. A Self-published love that has gained incredible responses. Throughout my journey I learned three key foundations I believe I am meant to share: Everyone needs a safe place to fall, (freaking out in the love zone). A victim-mentality must change to a victor mindset. It is okay to not be okay. But it is not okay to remain that way. With a survivor's heart I had to approach each one of these principals to begin my soul healing. It's been an enlightening journey. Now, I'm ready to share it with you. If you'll have me... With a survivor's heart I had to approach each one of these principals to begin my soul healing. It's been an enlightening journey. Now, I'm ready to share it with you. If you'll have me...

We talk about forgiveness.
T.D. Jakes “I think the first step is to understand that forgiveness does not exonerate the perpetrator. Forgiveness liberates the victim. It’s a gift you give yourself”
Unknown “To forgive is not to excuse what the other person did. It’s to prevent their behavior from destroying your heart.”
Martin Luther King Jr. “We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love.”
Alexander Pope English poet “To err is human, to forgive is divine.”
"There is no love without forgiveness, and there is no forgiveness without love." Bryant H. McGill
"If we really want to love, we must learn how to forgive." Mother Teresa
"Never forget that to forgive yourself is to release trapped energy that could be doing good work in the world." - D. Patrick Miller
"Forgiving isn't something you do for someone else. It's something you do for yourself. It's saying 'You're not important enough to have a stranglehold on me.' It's saying, 'You don't get to trap me in the past. I am worthy of a future'." Jodi Picoult
“Forgive anyone who has caused you pain or harm. Keep in mind that forgiving is not for others. It is for you. Forgiving is not forgetting. It is remembering without anger. It frees up your power, heals your body, mind and spirit. Forgiveness opens up a pathway to a new place of peace where you can persist despite what has happened to you.” Les Brown
Dr. Seuss “Sometimes you will never know the value of a moment until it becomes memory.”
Candace Cameron Bure “The memories we make with our family is everything.”
Cathy Allen “Life brings simple pleasures to us every day. It is up to us to make them wonderful memories.”

This is a personal story of Jason and his battle with drug and alcohol abuse at a young age. He overcame a difficult time in his life with the help of his spouse, who at the time was his fiancé. Also, with the help of family was able to get passed this very dark time his life. If you have family or friends who are struggling a few things to remember is send them love. You can love from a distance or set up a boundary if you are not comfortable being around that lifestyle. Ultimately they need your love.
It is possible to overcome hard things, you just have to make up your mind and do it. Take action to move forward and don't allow others to bring you down.
We talk about going through tough times and becoming a better version of ourselves. We want to open up to our listeners and hope you connect more with us as we share things we have gone through.
"We are all so desperate to be understood, we forget to be understanding." Beau Taplin
Hank Smith "One of the secrets of a happier life. If you disagree with someone, you don’t have to tell them."
“Be the one who has an understanding and a forgiving heart, one who looks for the best in people. Leave people better than you found them.” Marvin J. Ashton
Nicholas Cage an American Actor “Understanding is deeper than knowledge. There are many people who know you, but very few who understand you.”
Anonymous “Those who judge never understand, and those who understand never judge.”
We talk about Disneyland and Disney World and some of our favorite rides. Find your passion and live it.

“Holding a space in my heart for you to dive deeper into your own.” ~ Anna Grace Taylor “For over 10 years I’ve held a loving space for people’s transformation – helping women (and some men!) to connect to Divine love and guidance, and dive deep into their hearts so that they can heal, gain clarity and experience greater peace, self-acceptance and freedom in their lives.
My own journey began with an unexpected, traumatic — and miraculous — arrival. My twin sister and I were born 11 weeks prematurely weighing a tiny 2lbs each and doctors told my parents they’d do all they could to save us.
We spent the first 3 months of our lives in hospital gaining strength and all seemed well, until my parents noticed at 18 months old that I was not attempting to walk or even crawl. Doctors called me a ‘lazy’ baby but it was not long before I was diagnosed with cerebral palsy affecting both my legs.
Walking was a challenge – I took my first independent steps at 6 years old, and as a teenager I was told that without major surgery I would be confined to a wheelchair by the time I was 30.
On April 3, 2001, Chad was involved in a serious accident, leaving him a quadriplegic. But Chad’s dreams were not paralyzed that day; as you can see below, he’s kept himself busy:
He started Chad Hymas Communications, Inc., a professional speaking company designed to motivate businesses and corporations to “use their wings and reach seemingly impossible heights.”
• The Wall Street Journal calls Chad Hymas one of the 10 most inspirational people in the world!
• At 37 years of age, Chad is the youngest person ever to receive the CPAE award and be inducted into the National Speaker Hall of Fame.
• Last year, Chad spoke at 220 different events, traveling just over 300,000 miles and speaking on five continents and in four countries.
• Chad has shared his personal message and entertained many audiences from organizations such as Wells Fargo, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ford, IHC, Coca-Cola, and the Utah Jazz.
• He is a member of the National Speakers Association and is a CSP (certified speaking professional), a designation achieved by fewer than 8% in the speaking industry.
• He served as president of the National Speakers Association Utah chapter.
• Chad maintains his hobby and dream of managing a5100-acree elk preserve with his father, Kelly.
• He has raced in marathons and, in the summer of 2003, set a world record by wheeling his chair from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas (513 miles).
• Chad participates in other wheelchair athletic competitions, including basketball, rugby, and officiating basketball (a dream come true).
• He spends many hours with other injured individuals in therapy, encouraging them to overcome their challenges, focus on dreams and make them a reality, and love life for all that it has to offer. To achieve the unachievable and to reach for the unreachable.
• Chad’s greatest accomplishment is that he remains a devoted husband to his loving wife, Shondell, and a proud father to their three children, Christian, Kyler, and Gracee!

Jessica is best known for becoming the first armless pilot in aviation history. Her achievement earned her a Guinness World Record medal, invitations from six continents, and featured on tv programs like Ellen, Inside Edition, Fox and Friends, Oprah Winfrey Network, CNN, CBS Evening News, and the BBC.
I believe in…
A future where people passionately pursue their dreams with the resilience to overcome any challenge.
Described as a speaker “no one will ever forget,” I show audiences around the globe how to inspire enthusiasm and build authentic confidence. With the goal of showing people how to go home from work every day feeling excited for tomorrow, I teach how to courageously tackle new challenges with creativity and unrelenting drive.
Since I was born without arms, I became fascinated by the limitless ways the human body can adjust to a variety of circumstances. I utilized dormant physical traits to adapt and use my feet the way people use their hands. As I learned to conquer physical barriers, I developed mental skills that allowed me to go on to achieve the seemingly impossible in my own, unique way.

Leslie Lindsey Davis is always on a journey. Her motto is “why not?”. She measures things she wants to do against the yardstick of “When I am 80 years old, I don’t want to be sitting in my rocking chair on my front porch saying, ‘I wish I would have’”.
She has taken a wrong turn on several trips with her older boys. The boys would say “we’re lost”. Her reply was always, “No, we are on an adventure.”
Life is one grand adventurous journey and making sure everything is done from scuba diving to beekeeping. From riding on an elephant to riding in a hot air balloon. And so much more in between.
Leslie has taken her experiences, her humor and her perspective on life and is now helping other people heal the wounds in their lives. She believes in celebrating every win and through the celebrating we can retrain the thoughts we have running through our head.

Colleen Murphy shares her journey with her daughter and how you should never give up!
On the morning of April 19, 2013, while out for a typical morning run, Lauren was hit by a car and suffered a severe Traumatic Brain Injury. Lauren was admitted to Cedars- Sinai Hospital in West Hollywood and remained in extremely critical condition for several weeks. Lauren had lived in New York at the time of the accident and was in LA on business. She did not have identification on her and remained a Jane Doe for several hours. Her prognosis was not good. Upon arriving in LA, her parents were told that she had a very slim chance of surviving. Once she got past the extremely critical stage it had been explained that her brain damage was so severe that she would most likely not be able to feed herself, walk, talk or understand spoken words.
Thankfully, Lauren has never been typical and she has spent the last 5 years proving all of the experts wrong. Her recovery has been far from easy, she has traveled all over the United States working with experts trying to get better. She works extremely hard and continues to struggle each and every day to regain as much of her former life as possible. Lauren has become the embodiment of the Murphy family saying, “Murphys Don’t Quit” and this has become her calling card.
Today she lives with her parents in O’Fallon MO and continues to focus on her recovery. She maintains a very busy schedule of speech therapy, physical therapy and the all too often retail therapy trips with her Mother. Lauren enjoys getting out in the community, meeting new people and sharing her story. She remains at a high risk for seizure activity due to the extent of her brain damage. One of her seizure triggers is running, an average person may decide to give up running due to the risk, not Lauren, she refuses to give up! To date, against all odds, she has completed over (20) 5k runs with her Dad and continues to inspire all who come across her path.

Change the way you speak to yourself and you will see positive change in your life. Be more kind to you and your thoughts. Focus on the positive ways you speak to yourself.
Wright Thurston “Self-talk is the most powerful form of communication because it either empowers you or it defeats you.”
Winston Churchill “The positive thinker sees the invisible, feels the intangible, and achieves the impossible.”
Johann Wolfgang von Goethe “Thinking is easy, acting is difficult, and to put one’s thoughts into action is the most difficult thing in the world.”
"Positive self-talk is to emotional pain as pain pill is to physical pain" Edmond Mbiaka

My name is Steven Crane. And my life, just like yours, is a story—a tale which in my case does actually include two decades of professional writing experience. And if you think the introduction is interesting, you should check out the stories I've had the honor of telling on behalf of some of the world's biggest companies and best known brands. Some are short and sweet; others epic battles. Most of them have happy endings, including:
These are just a few of the entries in my book. I've also told tales about financial planning, and advanced medical technology, and drywall, and children’s television—but those are stories for another day. The story I'm most excited about is what comes next. I'd love to dig in and explore the creative landscape in search of dynamic solutions for you and your clients.
If you're looking to add a conceptual writer who loves uncovering the kernels of truth at the heart of brands, and sharing those stories across multimedia, I hope you'll consider hearing more from me.

This episode Shane and Jason talk about being intentional with your choices and decisions. There are many things in life that slow you down and stop you from moving forward. They give practical steps and tips on things you can do to be more intentional.
quotes:
John C. Maxwell “An unintentional life accepts everything and does nothing. An intentional life embraces only the things that will add to the mission of significance.”
Walk the Earth “ Intentional, Be intentional about who you are, how you treat yourself and others, and how you spend your days. Take time periodically to truly SLOW it all down and listen to your breath. Use those minutes or hours to remember that you have everything you need in this very moment, that everything is okay just as it is now. Allow yourself everything you are feeling right now, whether its joy or hurt, sorrow or glee. And then, return to this moment. Remind yourself where you come from and who you are. Remember that whether you’re floating through busy days or stumbling through tough times, you are living, breathing being with real feelings and real dreams. Remind yourself that you are meant to feel joy; you are meant to feel free.”
“Intentional living is the art of making our own choices before others’ choices make us.” Richie Norton
“You can have anything you want, if you want it badly enough.” Abraham Lincoln
“Such a simple concept, yet so true: that which we manifest is before us; we are the creators of our own destiny. Be it through intention or ignorance, our successes and our failures have been brought on by none other than ourselves.” Garth Stein

After dropping out of college, Nate Rifkin had dedicated himself to self-help and pursuing his entrepreneurial dreams. Yet he failed to achieve any of his goals. Worse, he spiraled into debt, drank every morning, felt lonely, lost, and hated himself.
A few years later – after a brutal bankruptcy and a stint spinning signs on a street corner – Nate Rifkin had quadrupled his income, married the woman of his dreams, and found happiness and contentment.
What made the difference? Oddly enough, Rifkin had discovered an ancient form of meditation that reversed his downward spiral and elevated him to levels of success he never dreamed possible.

Laura Brandao is the President and the only woman partner of AFR, a national mortgage company. She hold many business and mortgage awards.
She says this on her website. "I have always been goal-oriented and one of my goals was to write a book, as with any goal you must have a target date and I decided to pick a milestone birthday as my target. As the date started to grow closer I realized that although I have an amazing life, I married my high-school sweetheart, I raised 2 wonderful men and I built a successful business BUT in doing so I have kept very inside my world…
So, I decided to start saying YES to situations that I normally wouldn’t. It all started with being asked to moderate a panel discussion at a mortgage conference. Since then I have gone from sitting in the office to taking center stage in more than one way.
See jumping on a stage is one thing but sharing your voice without fear is another and once I realized how much the world needed positivity I continued to think of ways to share my message."

Kate Elizabeth Hansen is an American luger who has competed since 2003. In 2008, she became the youngest Junior World Champion, at age fifteen.
California niño, grew up surfing and skiing. Played every sport in the book until I sold my soul for 11 years to be a professional athlete in a sport called Luge. I got recruited when I was 10 years old and at 15 I moved out of the house to pursue the Olympic pipe dream. A few concussions and broken bones later, I had the opportunity to race for Team USA in the 2014 Sochi Olympics. I danced my way into the top ten and had the time of my life. Sochi was the last time I was on ice and I haven't looked back.
I graduated from Brigham Young University and had a solid run working part-time with a mic in hand for the Dodgers and NBC Sports. I just barely learned how to put on makeup so they were kind enough to put me in front of the camera for so many years.
Petia Kolibova is the CEO of the podcast "Unapologetically Abundant." She grew up up feeling unloved and unworthy. "After 18 years of destroying myself with eating disorder and a constant search for someone or something that would make me feel better and give meaning to my life, I have decided to do it myself.
My journey of personal development and self-love started by finding the teachings of Louise Hay who was motivational author and self-love pioneer.
That’s when I decided instead of being a slave to my limiting beliefs and other people’s perceptions to master the art of loving my life and sharing my light.
By sharing my light I’m authentically showing up as myself, empowered to shine my own light from within, while inspiring others to do the same."

Since her first National Keynote at age 14, Ashley Rhodes-Courter has shared her story with thousands in the United States and in over 7 countries.
Ashley Rhodes-Courter, MSW, is the quintessential American success story. Born in 1985 to a single teen mother, by the age of 3 she was in Florida’s foster care system where she spent almost ten years being shuttled between 14 homes—some quite abusive—before being adopted from a Children’s Home at the age of twelve.
Despite her ordeal, she excelled in school because she believed that, “my education was the one thing nobody could take from me.” Early in her life she felt compelled to advocate for herself and the other children she lived with, particularly in the abusive foster homes.
Her efforts and academic achievements landed her Eckerd College’s Trustee Scholarship where she graduated with honors and ahead of schedule earning a double major in Communications and Theater and a double minor in Political Science and Psychology. Ashley then went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
During her undergraduate studies, she was one of 20 college students selected for the USA Today All-USA Academic Team and was named one of GLAMOUR Magazine’s Top Ten College Women. She was also selected as one of the four Golden BR!CK Award winners for outstanding advocacy for community change by DoSomething!. As part of their campaign, she was featured on 25 million bags of Cool Ranch Doritos.
By the age of 22, Ashley had become a New York Times Bestselling Author. Her first book, “Three Little Words” is now an International Bestseller and has been published in at least 4 countries. Her second book, “Three More Words” debuted at #1 on Amazon Bestseller’s List. Both books are used in classrooms across the country in various community and First Year Experience Collegiate programs.
Ashley has received State, local, and National awards for her speaking, advocacy, and philanthropy. She has spoken on Capitol Hill and has been invited to the White House twice. “Three Little Words” is now being made into a major motion picture.

Australian Samantha Gash started running as a break from studying law. Little did she know those small steps would turn into a journey that has seen her run over 35,000km across every continent on Earth, and raise approximately $1.3 million for charity while advocating for women’s empowerment, social change and access to education.
Samantha took up running in 2008, entering the Melbourne Marathon as her first baptism of fire. As a rookie athlete, she ‘hit the wall’ towards the end of the race, the fatigue nearly stopping her. She stumbled the last ten kms to the finish line with the help of a close friend who was also running. After taking herself beyond what she believed was possible, Sam had ventured into new territory that would become her new domain.
In 2010 she took on the 4 Deserts Grand Slam, running four 250km ultra-marathons across the driest (Chile), windiest (China), hottest (Sahara) and coldest (Antarctica) deserts on Earth, carrying everything she needed to survive in a backpack. Samantha made history by becoming the first woman and the youngest person at the time to complete the Grand Slam of all four races in a calendar year. Her journey was captured for the big screen in the award-winning film Desert Runners.
With an increasing desire to push the envelope, in 2011 Samantha entered a 222km non-stop run across the Himalayas, which had previously only been finished by one man. It was during this event that she realized she wanted to use her long-distance running for a greater purpose.
And so began Samantha’s transformation to social advocate. The next year, while working as a lawyer, Samantha ran 379km non-stop across Australia’s Simpson Desert, which took 3.5 days and raised $33,000 for Save the Children Australia.
Within two months of that run, Samantha helped organise a fundraising running event on behalf of Turia Pitt and Kate Sanderson – victims of the 2011 Kimberley ultra-marathon bushfire – a race that Samantha also ran in. Over $40,000 was raised to support the women’s continued rehabilitation.
Continuing her work for Save the Children, in September 2014, Samantha ran an average of 61km for 32 days straight across South Africa’s Freedom Trail (1968km total) with UK runner Mimi Anderson, raising $55,000 for a South African initiative that increased access to feminine hygiene products and provided education on the importance of attending school.
Then in 2016, as an ambassador for World Vision, Samantha ran from the west to the east of India – 3253km over 76 days. Through Run India, she raised close to $200,000 to fund six education-focused programs. She visited 18 World Vision-supported communities across the country, sharing previously untold stories and bringing together industry leaders to tackle barriers to children’s education.
Samantha has been twice recognized as a finalist in the Women’s Agenda Leadership Awards. She has been selected as a delegate for the Australia India Youth Dialogue, and was also nominated for a Pride of Australia Medal. She is an ambassador for World Vision and the Royal Flying Doctor Service, using her platform to bring awareness to these causes. She was a competitor on the TV show Survivor where she met her partner Mark Wales. They welcomed Harry, their first child, in 2018.

Ken Niumatalolo enters his 14th season as the head coach at the Naval Academy and his 24th season in Annapolis overall.
Navy has had 10 winning seasons and gone to 10 bowl games during Niumatalolo’s time as head coach, which makes one of the greatest eras in school history.
Niumatalolo has repeatedly guided the Midshipmen to success both on and off the gridiron. Included in his accomplishments are a number of milestones never before achieved by a coach or team in the program’s 140-year history.
Niumatalolo (101-67, .601) is the program’s all-time winningest coach and is the only coach in the history of the Army-Navy Game to start his coaching career 8-0 against the other Academy. Niumatalolo’s nine wins against Army are the most in the history of the Army-Navy Game.
Niumatalolo led Navy to one of the greatest seasons in school history in 2019, winning a school-record tying 11 games against just two losses, winning the Commander-In-Chief’s Trophy, sharing the American Athletic Conference West Division title with Memphis and winning the prestigious Liberty Bowl. The Mids’ eight-game improvement from 2018 was the second-biggest turnaround in FBS history.
Navy finished the 2019 campaign ranked 20th in both the Associated Press and USA Today Coaches Polls. It marked just the second time in the last 56 years Navy finished in the AP Top 20 (18th in 2015).
Niumatalolo also led Navy to a school-record 11 wins in 2015, which included sharing the West Division title with Houston in Navy’s first year in the American Athletic Conference, as well as winning the Lambert Trophy, awarded to the best team in the East, for the first time since 1963.
He led Navy to its first outright division title in 2016 as the Mids went 7-1 in the AAC and won the West division.
Niumatalolo is the first coach in school history to win four-consecutive bowl games and his six overall bowl wins are the most in school history.

Lisa Edwards is an inspirational speaker and best selling author. Lisa grew up in a tough situation and went through a lot of hardships within the last several years. Through these trials and adversities, she has become inspired to share her story and teach about self love. She also has really learned to step outside of her comfort zone. How? Here is what she has to say.
"I listened to the “Gurus” who preach that all the magic happens when you step outside of your comfort zone. That all you have to do is go to where the fear is and you will become an unstoppable! I continuously pushed myself outside of my comfort zone. I spent a large part of my adult years living a nomadic lifestyle, moving from place to place and country to country, trying my hand at everything from teaching English to dealing roulette. I manifested everything I focused on but despite my ability to achieve my goals, the magic never happened. The AHA moment never came and any happiness I DID feel, had the longevity of a kite in a windless sky. No matter what i did, or what I achieved, I could never shake off the feeling that everyone was in some way better than me. So how did I finally let go of these limiting beliefs?
Well, it was a massive trauma in recent years that turned my whole world upside down and thrust me onto an unwitting journey of self-discovery. Through the betrayal, humiliation, failures and illness I finally had my aha moment. The one simple truth that would enable me to finally break free from the jaws of victimhood and bravely own my story. It was the realization that the fundamental key to true success and happiness is SELF-BELIEF. No, NOT self-belief that you are capable of achieving BUT self-belief that YOU ARE WORTHY of achieving. There is a BIG difference. Self-confidence is NOT competence. We are all capable and we can all achieve but until you know your value and your worth, you’ll have more lasting success bringing water up from a well, with a sieve! The good news is that you don’t need “Johnny” to say that nobody puts you in the corner. You already know that, don’t you?!"

Colonel Gail Seymour "Hal" Halvorsen (born October 10, 1920) is a retired officer and command pilot in the United States Air Force.[1] He is best known as the "Berlin Candy Bomber" or "Uncle Wiggly Wings" and gained fame for dropping candy to German children during the Berlin Airlift from 1948 to 1949.
Halvorsen grew up in rural Utah but always had a desire to fly. He earned his private pilot's license in 1941 and then joined the Civil Air Patrol.[2] He joined the United States Army Air Forces in 1942 and was assigned to Germany on July 10, 1948, to be a pilot for the Berlin Airlift.[3] Halvorsen piloted C-47s and C-54s during the Berlin airlift ("Operation Vittles"). During that time he founded "Operation Little Vittles", an effort to raise morale in Berlin by dropping candy via miniature parachute to the city's residents. Halvorsen began "Little Vittles" with no authorization from his superiors but over the next year became a national hero with support from all over the United States.[4] Halvorsen's operation dropped over 23 tons of candy to the residents of Berlin

After Terry graduated from college at The Citadel (where he played NCAA Division I basketball), he was employed in the Marketing Department at the corporate headquarters of Wendy’s International in Dublin, Ohio. From there, he worked in hospital administration for Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. After getting married and moving to California for his wife's job, he became the Customer Service Manager for an academic publishing company in Santa Barbara. After their daughter was born and they moved to Cincinnati, Ohio, he became a police officer with the Cincinnati Police Department, where he was a SWAT Hostage Negotiator. Following a family relocation to Texas, he started a school security consulting business and coached high school girls basketball in Houston. Each time he took on a new job, he had to develop new skills and faced different challenges. There was always a significant learning curve with every new position.
But his greatest challenge began in early 2012 when he was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Acral Lentiginous Melanoma, which presented on the bottom of his foot. By the time the melanoma was detected, it had metastasized to a lymph node in his groin. Because his cancer is so rare (only about 6,500 people are diagnosed with this form of malignancy in the U.S. each year), he was treated at the world-renowned MD Anderson Cancer Center. He had two surgeries to remove the tumors, and after he healed, he was put on a weekly injection of the drug, Interferon, to help keep the disease from coming back.
He took those weekly injections for four years and seven months before the Interferon became so toxic to his body that he ended up in the Intensive Care Unit with a fever of 108 degrees. Fortunately, expert medical care saved his life.
The Interferon gave him severe flu-like symptoms for two to three days after each injection. He lost fifty pounds during his therapy, was constantly nauseous, fatigued, and chilled, his ability to taste food significantly diminished, and his body constantly ached. This misery went on for over 1,660 days!
One thing he learned during all his pain and suffering is that you have two choices. You can succumb to the debilitating discomfort and misery, or you can learn to embrace it and use it to make you a stronger and better human being. He chose the latter.
There were times he felt so poorly and was in so much agony that he prayed to die. Each day was a struggle to use his mind to override his body's apathy and distress.
He realizes pain and discomfort can beat you to your knees and keep you there if you let it. But he also came to appreciate that he could use his hurting and anguish to make him stronger and more resolute. He recently wrote a book, entitled Sustainable Excellence, Ten Principles to Leading Your Uncommon and Extraordinary Life to help people find and live their purpose. The ten principles outlined in the book will provide the bedrock necessary to form the foundation of unshakable beliefs and dedicated behaviors to reinforce your attitude, no matter how much pain you must endure or how many obstacles you must overcome. His hope is that people who read the book will lead a life of significance, as well as a life of success. Sustainable Excellence is available for pre-order on Amazon and at Barnes & Noble. Unfortunately, his cancer experience hasn't ended with him conquering the disease. The melanoma that had plagued him for over six years returned in 2017, and his only treatment option was the amputation of most of his left foot in 2018. The cancer reemerged again in 2019, requiring multiple operations. In February of 2020, an undiagnosed tumor in his ankle fractured his tibia. His only remedy was the amputation of his left leg above the knee. He also has tumors in both of his lungs.
He says "But I refused to be a victim of this malignancy. I vowed to continue my fight. I knew the only way cancer could win is if I gave up or gave in to the disease, or it killed me."

Noelle Pikus Pace graduated from Mountain View High School in Orem, Utah in 2001. In high school she competed in soccer, basketball, softball, track and field, bobsled and skeleton. She went on to run track and field at Utah Valley University and graduated in 2005 1st team All-American with a bachelor’s degree in community health. During that time, she also broke the UVU high jump record, was the NJCAA National Discus Champion and became the first American woman to ever win the Overall World Cup Title in skeleton. She was favored to win the gold medal going into the 2006 winter Olympics. At the U.S. Olympic trials in October of 2005 an unfortunate accident kept her from competing at the Olympic Games. A bobsled unexpectedly came out of the track and hit her. She sustained a compound fracture to her lower right leg and was unable to compete in the Olympics. One year later, she came back to win the World Championships by the largest margin the history of the sport. She continued on with her education and received a master’s degree in business administration in 2007. In 2008 Noelle decided to take a year off from competition and she and her husband Janson had a little girl, Lacee Lynne Pace. Noelle competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics, on a sled that her husband built, and was the top U.S finisher finishing 4th, just one-tenth of a second out of the medals. She retired after the Olympics to spend more time with her family and Noelle and Janson had a baby boy named Traycen in 2011. The summer of 2012, Noelle and Janson decided that she would give it one last try to earn an Olympic medal, but only if their family could all travel together. Their dream became a reality February 14, 2014 as Noelle crossed the finish line, winning the silver medal at the Sochi, Russia Olympic Winter Games. The incredible moment was solidified as Noelle jumped into the stands to embrace her family while shouting, “We did it!”. In 2015, they added twin boys to their family. Noelle is the author of “Focused: Keeping Your Life on Track One Choice at a Time”. She and Janson currently manage their company, Inspire Higher, where they strive to help individuals live on purpose through elite online courses, masterclasses, programs and consulting.

Tricia is a multifaceted woman of passionate faith and contagious enthusiasm for both the Lord and life.
As a worship leader, Tricia expresses an impassioned and energetic style of worship that inspires honest praise, and then encourages others to follow her to the throne of God with ease. Her delivery is honest and real, bridging the gap of generations of worshipers.
As a songwriter, Tricia creatively exposes the goodness of Jesus Christ through her lyrics and honors Him with uncompromising truths. Her music delivers topics illustrating a heart thirsty for God and a hunger to share the Good News with those who seek Him.
As a speaker, Tricia utilizes the ups and downs of life to fully expose the character of God and His activity found in all of our lives. Her focus is real life issues, which both make us laugh and make us cry.
Whether Tricia is standing before a small, intimate crowd, or in a large venue, her transparency and love for God shines through the music and message, ultimately pointing others to the Father.
On a personal note, Tricia adds:
"Personally, I have experienced the unconditional grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. I have seen the work of His hands in the midst of unbearable circumstances. I am undone by His amazing, abundant love. It is my privilege to be a vessel in which to impart the Good News: that God sent His Son, Jesus, to free us from sin, to make us worthy before God, to live eternally with Him, and to live an abundant life in the midst of a fallen world. He stands ready with arms outstretched for all that would fall at His feet. This is the passion of my heart. I hope you find that in these pages."
Tricia's husband, Brian Zody, went to be with his Lord on August 5, 2017. She is the mother of 3 beautiful, adult children, and resides in the Houston area.

Madilyn is an American pop singer-songwriter with an indie-electro-pop sound. After being mentored by Coldplay’s Chris Martin, Usher, Blake Shelton, and three-time Grammy Award winner Jill Scott, Madilyn gears up to release an original album. Madilyn first burst into the music scene as a 16-year-old when she became a Season 6 contestant on The Voice in 2014. She began her journey long before being discovered on a national platform. Madilyn’s passion for singing originally started with her family: hearing her mother sing and play the piano along with grandpa regularly serenading at family gatherings. At age 11, Madilyn caught the bug when she performed at a church function. From there, Madilyn sought out vocal coaches and competed at local singing competitions. It was a YouTube video from one of those performances that caught the eye of producers from The Voice. An invitation to audition alongside thousands of hopeful contestants eventually led to Madilyn breaking into the season’s top 20. Fast forward to 2020 and, in a flurry, Madilyn writes more than a dozen original songs influenced by the expansive intimate and anthemic catalogs of ONE REPUBLIC, Coldplay, and Queen.

My name is Lee Liston.
I am someone who loves life, puts everything into everything he does, and lives passionately. Whenever I participate in anything I make sure it’s something that I can put my whole heart and soul into. My goal in life is to bring as much value to the world as I can in every capacity possible with the talents God has given me.
I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I will not deny that I have been very blessed in my life and I know that those blessings come from My Heavenly Father. That always keeps me grounded no matter how high success takes me or how low failure brings me down.
I am working with all my might to be as successful in my acting career as I can.
When I was young I would always lay on my couch and imagine scenes with characters that felt very real to me. I was the youngest in my family and was typically home for 4-5 hours a day until my parents got home.
During that time I would get burned out of homework, video games, etc.
When that happened I would go imagine I was in another world. Sometimes I would be in the middle of an adventure and my Dad would walk in on me. I would immediately pretend to be asleep as I was embarrassed to be caught doing something so silly.
Later in life I asked my Dad why he never teased me about it or commented about watching me have imaginary superhero fights on the couch.
He told me “Lee, you were fostering an imagination. Why would I want to ruin that?”

For my agency and brand clients, I unearth insights and develop creative and impactful ideas. In my writing and speaking, I dig deep into my heart and life experiences to say what others won’t. Some say I have a black belt in truth telling. I’d like to think I keep it real. I’m a proud Texan but for 16 years, found comfort in the grit of New York City. My instagram @aubree.nichols and writing for The Week, Elite Daily and Observer, has helped me become a resonant voice in the self-love movement, which I believe is the ultimate love story. I am working on my first memoir, Enough, that will inspire women to reclaim their power and cultivate a loving relationship with themselves. Spreading the message of self love is my mission. I've been called a dot connector, inspirer and champion of creativity. After 10 years in NYC ad agencies and earning a Masters Degree in Organizational Change, I focus on nurturing creative culture and process. When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." - Viktor Frankl
Success is a strange thing. It’s never a linear path, but a collection of events and our reactions to them. What we do with what we are presented is up to us. It makes sense then that our success is also up to us.
My path has not been a linear one, as so many of us have experienced. Growing up with emotional abuse in a constrictive house my sense of worth and worthiness were eroded, obscuring my identity. I learned that in order to be safe, I must become invisible and silent. I lived by others’ expectations, never realizing my own. I remained this way into adulthood, my marriage and new motherhood.
But then the unthinkable happened.
My husband of 12 years, my best friend, died by suicide. With two young children to look after, I shifted into survival mode without ever processing my own grief, confusion and anger. Meanwhile, my husband’s suicide lingered over me, the stigma stripping me of my ability to speak the truth of both him and what happened. I remained shame-driven.
Climbing out of silence.
I lived that way for over ten years, until I was longer able to carry this backpack of shame and guilt and silence. I was forced to confront everything--my childhood, my husband’s death, and my identity as a widow, all while raising my two beautiful children alone. I started going to therapy and began the hard work of healing and discovering who I was. I learned that my voice was stronger than silence and that I was more than the singular events that brought me to this place.
The true me.
It’s from these experiences that my coaching practice was born. Throughout my healing and discovery process, I learned what it meant to guide others living with mental health challenges, and the lethal impact of stigma and silence.
This is what I do: I help strip the silence, shatter the stigma, and get you on the path to becoming who you truly are. I work to support families faced with mental health challenges, individuals who are ready to stop their own cycle of self-sabotage, and professionals struggling with balance. This is my mission.
I hold a BA in Psychology from York University, am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). I am Mental Health First Aid certified through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. I am also trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and am an active public speaker and educator.
I’m an avid lover of dance, reading and general decompression. My sons, Eric and Zack, are my world, although they love to roll their eyes at me, particularly when I’m dancing.

Todd is a Thinking Into Results Consultant at Proctor Gallagher Institute and Owner and Executive Coach at Bauerle Consulting Services. Todd led a discussion about Paradigms. Bauerle Consulting is a coaching firm specializing in helping job-seekers and professionals make a successful career transition. Business solutions include coaching on positive mindset & culture, goal setting & attainment, and leadership development. My mission is to help you experience greater self-confidence, peace of mind, and ultimately happiness so you can achieve the success you so richly deserve. When we experience these expansive feelings, we begin to thrive and live more life!
I have been coaching for over 10 years, the last 5 spent specifically helping people achieve success in their career transitions. Bauerle Consulting Services was founded in 2016 to help take that mission to a larger audience.
Every career coach focuses on the mechanics of job searching, but few focus on building up the confidence and self-image of their clients. Hardly anyone talks about how psychology influences employer decision making. This is what makes me different. I want to reconnect you with your passion and what motivates you to succeed. I want you to understand how every word you use impacts your chances of getting hired!
How do I do that? I work with you to develop a greater awareness of the value you bring to a company, and very deliberately focus on teaching you how to have competent conversations about your skillset and accomplishments. We also set some truly inspiring goals that motivate you to act on your dreams.
If I coach you, I want you to have enough confidence, competence, self-worth and understanding of how our mind works so you can self-sufficiently manage your career for the rest of your life!
If you want to exercise a new level of intention and control over your career, and take your success to the next level, reach out to me today to schedule a free consultation at bauerleconsulting@gmail.com. https://www.sprinkledwithhope.com
