The real deal when it comes to life, laughter & mental health. Honest conversations that go deep with what’s it’s like to experience mental health challenges, ways to navigate them, and a supportive group of crazy people to call your tribe. If you don’t have shit you’ve been through, then you’re in the wrong place. Our crap is what allows us to see it in others, and I see you.

Hosted by Jennifer Grigg, who still deals with her shit whenever it comes up and speaks at emergency services conferences about mental health and body language. Also wore bunker gear for over two decades. Introvert.
