To My Fatherless Son

To my fatherless son is a podcast for all of the mothers of young men out there who unfortunately do not have a father or their father isn't present in their lives. I am here to be the fatherly voice of inspiration to your son. I am here to provide your son with fatherly advice on things that you may not know about or give him the adult male perspective on things that you do know. I am here to provide assistance and be a support to you mom, so that this young man can become strong and a well rounded young man. In today's society so much has changed. Young men aren't allowed to be themselves. With all the hormone changes young men go through and depending on their environment it's not hard for someone to be quick to use the term, "Toxic Masculinity", around them. This isn't the place for that. We definitely won't be using that term around here. I want mothers to feel like their son's can have someone to count on. Even if I'm a mentor over the airwaves. I am also here to encourage single mothers. I know it's hard trying to raise a boy into a man. Like the old saying goes "it takes a village" but we want that village to be positive influence for our young men.DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or a licensed professional. So, everything that I say is based off of my own 32 years of experiences from growing up and also being a father to my amazing 9 year old son. I'm also an uncle to a 13 year old nephew. I also have almost a decade of experience of dealing with troubled youth and trying to keep them on the right track.If you disagree with me that's fine. I'm not the answer to all of your problems. I'm just here to assist with different points of view, and also listen to what you have to say.
