Readings: Isa 1:11‑20, Lk 19:1‑10 God tells us in His word, the Bible, that we are made in His image, that He lowered Himself, became a man, and died to lift us up and out of the pit of our sin.  In God’s eyes, we’re equally loved and needy. We have a basis to believe that everyone is equal, and that we should fight for equality. The difference Jesus makes is huge.

“Christ will come again” has been the Christian hope since the very beginning. The apostle Paul describes all genuine Christians as “those who long for his appearing” (2 Timothy 4). In this talk we consider why sometimes we don’t long for Jesus to return, and see whether the Bible’s truth can re-order our desires.  Readings: Isa 65:17‑25, 2 Tim 4:1‑8 Watch the video: https://youtu.be/SvGafGns3Z0?t=1349
