This is a poem about fear, I hope that as you listen, the spirit of fear can take it loose from your life.
God is our ever present guard, our watchman who never gets tired of waiting and watching over our lives. He is our security guard, who never goes out to have a break or rest, but He is always on duty watching over our lives.
Where is your trust? Where have you placed your confidence? Some trust in horses, some trust in chariots, some trust in their last names? Where is your trust as a young person? Where does your tomorrow come from?
We are about to round off, and see the end of the month of perfection and completion over our lives.. We are at the brinks of entering into the month and season of new beginning. What are you expecting? What new thing are you going to do? There is a point where we have to put aside excuses and begin to step into our unique individual identities in God.
That you are young, intelligent and beautiful does not mean that God should be far from you. It does not mean that you should live independent of your Maker. Daniel one of the learned, handsome, strong young men distinguished himself by fearing and honoring the Lord,and the Lord in turn honored Him by lifting him to an influential position in a foreign land. Your societal status should not stifle your walk with the Lord.
God is a God of timing. Every time that we are in defines the kind of activities that we are to be engaged in.What time and what season are you in? What activities are you doing? Are they aligned to the kind of activities your heavenly Father wants you to walk in. Genesis 8:22 As long as the earth remains, there will be planting and harvest, cold and heat, summer and winter, day and night.
God has a plan for each and every one of us ,both the young and the old. That you are young does not mean that you do not have voice, it does not mean that you do not have anything that you can offer and do for your nation and for the kingdom of God. You are young but with a purpose. Jeremiah 1: 7 The Lord replied, Dont say I m too young, for you must go whereever i send you and say whatever I tell you
God says in Daniel 11:32 And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries; but the people who do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits. The verse says people- and you are part of that people, you can be among those people who do exploits even if you are a young person. So do not look down upon yourself that you are young, that you are still at tertiary no, God is need of you. He wants to use you to do exploits as a young person.
