"Hello Heaven! Is Poppy There?" a children's book about 9-year old Jason's experience of grief, after the death of his Poppy (grandpa). This latest creative endeavor from Jason fits right in with the topic of healing through divorce. As Jason points out, divorce can conjure the same feelings, as losing someone through death. The loss and grief that comes with separation whether it is the death of someone you love or the ending of a relationship, is felt through the ages and worthy of honoring during our time in this life. His sweet children's book offers a way to use your imagination to help with grief no matter what your age.

I interviewed Shannon Brennan about her divorce story. Shannon and I have been friends since high school. That's right people, 34 years! I thought I'd heard it all and knew my dear friend...You know, it is incredible to hear her story from a today perspective and be reminded of her strength, absolute humor and resilience. I am proud to call her my soul-sister.
Among other things, she describes how important it was that she honored her own timing with her divorce. It took a long while for that to happen but it was according to their perfect timing and with no regrets.
Shannon has had a long career in construction and heavy industry. She also has a total passion for holistic living and mastery with essential oils as a treatment for what ails you physically and emotionally. She lives in CA with her fiancé and a blended family of her two daughters and his two sons. WOW seriously, what a woman! Love her and you will too!!

I interviewed Laurie Herbers about her divorce story and how she now lives the title of this podcast "SOUL LOVE LEGACY."
Laurie didn't arrive at living from love overnight! When her separation happened in 2009 she had also just lost her Dad. He passed away and her marriage was ending. It took time, dedication and digging into each memory to shift her perspective and core beliefs. She tells us how she went from viewing herself as not lovable to tapping into absolute love for herself and her journey. As a single mother she also talks about how her daughter was her guiding light through it all that kept her moving forward.
Laurie is a Life Coach, Certified Educator, Author, Entrepreneur with a Master’s in Educational Administration. Everything she does is done in love and believes in honoring all life. She is passionate about leading others to truth, their purpose and falling into love with life, every aspect of it. Her number one goal in life is to change the world through a movement of love from the soul.
