It's season 6 and we are easing back into things this preseason. Today we just catch up and see what everyone has been up to. We take a look at how the first 3 weeks of preseason has been.

We're a bit more organised and this is one of the good ones. We celebrate the Ponies huge success at the weekend Champion of the Women's 7's tournament - the first 7s title for the club in many years.
We glance over the Super Rugby squads for 2024, discuss the hard men of the NRL past, we get introduced to a new Italian sport and Hack and Ez go crazy with their weekly Grinders.

We back again albeit a bit late. Quick review on this weekends Hardham Cup final vs MSP. A lot of food chat. We dissect the ABs good start to their World Cup prep and Euge and Fridge confirm it's the Warriors year. Ez gives us a DC story and Hack gives his feedback on a local chicken burgers. The Brotherhood, Colts and 85's are still active and we look at their chances for the rest of the season.
The Ponies heartbreak..We delve into the awesome season the Ponies have had this year. The positives, the gains and good work they have had this season. Your weekly revoew of all teams Petone and the team offer up their expert feedback around the All Blacks and All Blacks XV selection.
Captain Hope Hakopa, Player Manager Elieta Taito, Stalwart Vet Soraya Umaga Jensen and blockbusting hooker / utility Alicia Print joins Hack & Fridge on the pod. Great to hear from these Ponies on the big victory over Oriental Rongotai on the weekend. We also preview the massive final vs Marist Saint Pats this weekend up at NZCIS and get their thoughts on Women's Rugby in general.

One on one - Hack and Fridge do a quick recap of the weekend. Some big results in for the Ponies who are off to the ship and the Prems winning McBain. 85's get up and roll on. The Prem Reserves sneak by Hutt who are traditionally strong, the Brotherhood have a huge win over OBU while the colts just miss out on the chocolates.
The team are back for another week and we highlight the Ponies big win on Saturday over Norths, talk about their great celebrations Saturday night and discuss Lavinia's Blazer presso.

They're back - Season 4 is underway. A week out from round one for many teams the crew comes together to break down a long 2023 Preseason and everything that came with it.
