Drawing from facilitation experience, co-creative practices, systems thinking, design thinking, user-centric design, community mediation and engagement methods, we delve into how to create people-centric organizational change. We'll be discussing themes of listening, empathy, culture-building and connection-making, tackling the complex challenges we face as people, teammates, and organizational innovators.
Normally, this podcast talks about how we lead change, through the lens of design thinking. However, 2020 was a masterclass in change—the change simply happened, whether we wanted it to or not. This bonus activity is designed to serve as your audio facilitator through an actual co-design workshop. The exercise is designed for 3 people to participate in, and will take about 2 hours from start to finish, as Kevan guides you through the steps you need to take in a room, as actual participants in a mini co-design sprint.

In this deep dive of a conversation with seasoned facilitators Ceri Rees and Kevan Gilbert, we turn our attention to small-scale listening and its big-scale impact: on our relationships at work and ultimately in our work itself.
