In this podcast we’ll talk to some real Boston educators who are trying to figure that out - teachers, school leaders and clinicians across the district who are trying to figure out how to make restorative justice practices work in the day-to-day so that we can make our schools more connected, more humane, more just and equitable places for our young people
Betsy, Porshai and Othniel talk about how we’re walking the walk of restorative justice practices in our three schools. We discuss community building circles, restorative conversations, and a bit about more formal conflict circles. Mostly, we talk about how it’s messy and beautiful and all about relationships.
