I think education needs to be more creative in data collection methods. I also believe that having conversations, as a method of data collection, is way undervalued.
What did I learn today? I listened to a high performing teacher tell me about all the little issues that have been happening for years and how it's affecting him. It's his little things that aren't being answered, and I need to make it my big thing.

5 minutes of some new interview ideas I had today. Single take, no editing! Make the first round interview the best, super long, make them wrote, evaluate, critique, record a video reflection... and answer a round table discussion. Let me know what you think.
