The conversation moves from challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic to some of the opportunities that are emerging and how school leaders can nurture these as a new school year begins.
Principal-coach, Joël McLean joins Stephen Hurley for a conversation about wellness among school leaders, particularly as we move into a very precarious start to the new school year. Joël shares some powerful strategies and approaches to finding time for self-care, nurturing the wellness of staff and staying connected with the community.

Ruth Coulter (OPC), Jacqueline Fleming (ADFO) and Catherine Rosenberger (CPCO) are joined by James Nottingham, co-author of "Challenging Mindset" and Senior Consultant for Challenging Learning, Carmen Bergmann.
The three principal associations in Ontario have been studying James' book and have invited him on this morning to dig a little deeper into some of the questions that have emerged during their work.
Stephen Hurley is joined by Kym Stadnyk, Jan Murphy, Sarah Rogers, each of whom has been involved with a new joint partnership between CPCO, OPC and ADFO, as well as Toronto Victim Services.
