Tracey Robinson worked in the NHS for 30 years, initially as an occupational therapist, before undertaking a series of roles, including at a national level for NHS England.
After the birth of both of her children, Tracey went on to experience postpartum psychosis and went on to focus her work on improving perinatal mental health.
Tracey talks about her journey to early retirement, navigating challenging work environments and burnout. She talks about how she planned her exit and the portfolio career that she hopes to develop in future, including coaching.

She also talks about her nursing career and how it has changed over the last 31 years due to advances in medicine, and her personal life. Having lost both her mum and auntie to cancer, she is a tireless fundraiser for Marie Curie.Michelle has been a guest podcaster in 2022 for Cheshire and Merseyside Resilience Hub about her zest for life and saying yes to new experiences. She began blogging her fitness routines across social media platforms a few years ago, but began professionally blogging for 2 companies over a year ago.
