August 2020 I decided to make a change for my life and challenge myself to run an entire year without missing a day. During all the encouragement I have never really shared why I decided to start this for myself. Today I wanted to share how I was able to get through one of the toughest seasons of my run through the support of my best friend, and how that having a support system can be one of the best things you have.
