This a podcast all about self-development and growth. I'm on a journey to become the best version of myself I can possibly be while reaching my fullest potential. In the podcast I'll explore a variety of topics to self-help & discipline, to practical ways we can live better and fuller lives. There'll be a mix of interviews with people who have stories or expertise we can learn, be inspired, or motivated from as well as myself discussing topics that we could all benefit to learn from.
Ice baths have been trending on Instagram recently as they become more popular, even being in a clip of the new Creed movie. Why are so many people doing them and are they worth doing?
I've been doing ice baths daily for 50+ days and in this episode I talk about the changes I've noticed, and the benefits and warnings that come with taking Ice Baths and the importance of doing something challenging everyday.
While we can all agree society as a whole has become too sensitive and easily offended, we need to ask if we've become too sensitive ourselves. Not to whats going on in the world around us, but sensitive to ourselves. Do we listen to our bodies too much and let it dictate what we do? Or do we ignore our bodies completely and do what we've set out mind to do? Should we even listen to our bodies? This episode explores those questions.
Part 1/3 of a series on Discipline. More often than not, without thinking about it, we are choosing one of two hards: the hard work required of us today, or the even harder consequences we must face as a result of not doing the hard work when we should. This episode explores these two 'hards' and why it's important to choose your hard, as well as ways to identify which hard you are choosing without realizing it.
Why did I mention such a controversial figure and what was I trying to do?
Check out this quick 4 minute response on some of the feedback I've received.
It's become dangerously normal for us to judge someone's entire character off of 1 or 2 things they say or did, while overlooking all the great things they do and say. This also works in the opposite way - we may overlook people's flaws and hyper-fixate on 1-2 things we like about them. This is called the halo and horn effect. In this episode I talk about the dangers of it and how many have done that with the very polarizing personality; Andrew Tate.
We've come to a point where we are dividing and ostracizing people due to their disagreement on one thing. Families have been broken, lifelong friendships have ended due to this. We need to learn to listen more, love more, and judge less. This episode dives into that and the current state of our society.
We've all been there, we've all had to make a decision if we should confront our friend on something, or leave things as they are and just hope the best. Often times, confrontational conversations can end badly and hurt the friendship/relationship.
In this episode I explore different ways that can help smoothen out those conversations, and also encourage us to make sure that WE are someone that people can tell the hard truth to!
It's becoming increasingly popular and trendy to adopt the 'Victim' mindset. But nothing great was accomplished by playing the role of the victim. Having a victim mentality can be devastating to our own growth, progress & success. Listen to find out what why and what can be done about it!
I've never been camping before, but I went to learn and gain some perspective, I came back with a great experience and a few lessons I learned from camping that we can apply to our daily lives.
There is an association between your mental resilience and success. In this episode I explore the counterintuitive benefit of purposely doing something that sucks, and how it can lead to a higher chance of you achieving your goals.
The Multiverse Theory suggests that different realities with different versions of ourselves exist? Each decision we make in theory could creating a new timeline, so with that being said... If the multiverse theory is real, then there may be an 'optimal' or best version of you that exists. But is that the version you are today? Are you your best you? If you aren't your best self now and know there is tons of potential in you unrealized, why aren't you realizing it?
In this episode, I talk about my thoughts on Covid-19, The Vaccine, Anti-Maskers, Conspiracy Theories, and more.
While the news looks grim, it isn't all bad. Some good can come out of this. Listen to find out how we can grow during this pandemic & lockdown.
In the sixth episode of the podcast, I explain the importance of figuring out your 'why' in the decisions you make and goals you set. It's not good enough to set a lofty goal like 'become a millionaire,' you need to dissect this further to figure out what that million dollars means to you and what it represents.
We release dopamine every time our brain is stimulated. But with all the constant stimulations we experience everyday, how do we give our brain a chance to replenish dopamine levels? Listen to this episode to learn all about dopamine, how it effects our decision making, the importance of having healthy levels, and what we can do to help maintain them.
I explore why it’s so easy for us to keep promises we make to others, but so hard to keep promises we make to ourselves! We will without fail, go out of our way for our friends and make promises to them that we keep. Yet we can’t seem to commit to that morning run we keep promising ourselves we’ll go on. We explore why that is, what self-integrity is, the importance of having it, and the dangers that can come if we don’t.

Our society has become increasingly intolerant to opinions that differ from ours. The ability to disagree with someone is an essential skill to have in order to grow. By learning how to state our opinion and calmly listen to someone else's helps us refine and further inform our own perspectives. I touch on the current state of politics and Joe Biden's Inauguration speech and his call for unity.
