We're a church based in Littleton, Colorado that's helping people find and live in the freedom Jesus came to bring!
Who is invited into the freedom that Jesus came to bring? Listen as we study the invitation to freedom, and the scope of that invitation. What we'll see throughout the Bible is that this invitation is an invitation to ALL! Everyone in included and everyone is invited to live in His freedom.
Building on last week's message, we can only live in freedom through the Spirit's power! As we submit to the Spirit, He brings us into abundant, eternal life and blessing for the here in now. In other words, He brings us into freedom in Christ. It is a beautiful thing to see in the life of believers!
Freedom Fellowship exists to help others find and live in the freedom Jesus came to bring! In this series, we're gonna focus on our Pillars of Freedom. We're gonna go step by step through each one, to see the inner workings of the Lord in and through Freedom Fellowship. We will not only live in it, but help others live in it, too. "Till all find freedom!"
What does it take to accomplish God's call over your life? Faithfulness. Faithfulness keeps us founded in Him and His truth. The enemy will try everything he can to get us to be unfaithful to our Lord; BUT, he won't succeed. Because the One Who has called us is FAITHFUL and true! We continue our Jesus Changes Our Plans series, and we focus on the disciples' call to follow Jesus. We celebrate the resurrection and study how the resurrection of Jesus impacted the disciples' call! We'll see that it impacts our call in the same way, also!
When Jesus changes our plans, He brings spiritual blessings! Listen to our first message at our new building as we look at Jesus' encounter with the Samaritan Woman. In this story, we're gonna see that Jesus even changes worldly plans to accomplish His great work.
Have any of your plans ever changed? How did the situations turn out? Listen as we study the times that Jesus changed someone's plans. What we'll find is that when Jesus changes our plans, it is always better!
Jesus doesn't want you to take care of your worries alone! He wants us to get in the habit of handing over all our worries, all our anxieties, and all our negative thoughts to Him. As we study 1 Peter 5, we'll see how we can live in these truths now.
The storms of life will always come to us; the question is, "How do we react to the storms of life?" Do we fear? Do we worry? Or, do we displace fear and worry with our faith? Listen as we study Luke 8:22-25, and strengthen our faith for the storms we face! In doing so, we won't worry when those storms come.
Have you ever ran an easy errand that turned into more difficult errands? Well, that's what happened to David as he faced Goliath! He was ready to fight him because he wasn't worried about anything. That's how we can face and overcome life's problems, too! In this way, we'll keep learning what it means to not worry.
Where there is faith, there is no worry! This message will focus on this fact, and give us a biblical foundation to kick worry out of our lives! We don't have the power to do this alone, we need to rely on the Lord to do this.
One the ways we take our focus off our mission is by worrying! If we worry, chances are we'll make some kind of mistake, do something we'll regret, or worse yet, fail at our objective. In Luke 12, Jesus advises us to not worry. He gives clear commands, and then fleshes out the practical nature of not worrying and trusting in God! We believe this message will help you not worry.
Listen as we finish our Dedication series, along with our 21-Day Dedication! We study the fact that following Jesus in this life requires our full devotion. We can't rely on circumstances, our feelings, or our flesh; we have to rely on Him! We'll see at the end of John 6 that He deserves our full devotion.
As Christians, we overcome the world and have the victory in Christ! It's important that we have correct doctrine and theology on why this is true. If we can understand it properly, it will help us live this truth in 2024! Listen as we study 1 John 5!
When it comes to walking with God, there are predators who are waiting for a chance to attack your faith! They will circle, wait until you're tired or weak, and then they will pounce. As we study John 10, we'll see why they won't succeed in taking us or our faith down! We'll see that if we belong to the Lord, no one can take us away from Him.
Full dedication to the Lord starts with the words of Jesus! Monday the 8th we begin our 21-Day Dedication to the Lord. What better way to start this time than by focusing on the words of Jesus, and seeing how we can worship Him with EVERYTHING we do! We pray this fans the flame of your love for the Lord.

Now more than ever we need to be able to tell good from evil; this is what we call "discernment." Discernment helps us know truth from lies, and marks the difference between the holy and the unholy. Now is the time to press in to maturity! In this message, we look at some of the dangers of immaturity. Palm Sunday is a very important day in the church calendar: in it, we focus on the triumphal entry of Jesus into Jerusalem as King! As He entered, people shouted Hosanna. All of this was a fulfillment of prophesy. As we study the Scriptures together, you'll see as we say Hosanna, we engage in the proper Christian life!

Living in Relentless Hope means we're actively pressing in to hope! We can only achieve this by the power of God. It takes discipline and intention, also. What is one of the best ways to be filled with Relentless Hope, no matter what you face? Calling on God in every circumstance gives us His hope in so many ways. When you make a mistake, when you celebrate a victory, when a loved one is going through a difficult time; these are all the best time to call on God. Why is trusting the Lord so crucial to our spiritual well being? Because when we trust Him it shows that we believe in His ability and power! It also shows that we are secure in Him. As Christians, we need to fully understand the blessings and promises we inherit by being fellow heirs with each other AND with Christ! What are these blessings? How do we step into them? We are the family of God! For this reason, how we treat each other is of the upmost importance. When we're satisfied in Him, we don't need to depend on anything else other than Him; He is our All in All. We hope you're encouraged to place your satisfaction in God alone!
Have you ever wanted to thwart the plans of the evil one? Do you ever want to make it loud and clear to the devil that he can't defeat you? The best way to do this is to become a consistent encourager! When you love to encourage others, it becomes second nature to encourage yourself, too. Encouragement frustrates the kingdom of darkness. In this message, we see why encouragement is so important, and how endurance helps us to encourage others (and ourselves) everyday!

In this message, we see how Daniel was a blessing to his king because he was responsible, excellent, and trustworthy. For this reason and more, his king was heartbroken when Daniel had to be sent to the lion's den. Throughout this entire episode, Daniel never lost trust in the Lord! Even when schemers plotted against him; even in the lion's den. Daniel never lost trust in God. Pastor Tim will give us keys based in Scripture that will help us have the same trust in our God!

In this message, Pastor Tim shares a fresh view on Psalm 23 and the valley of the shadow of death. In the last passage (Hebrews 10:38-39) we see that living by faith means we do not shrink back nor are we destroyed; rather, when we live by faith, we preserve our souls. Does this encourage you to live the rest of 2020 and your life by faith?

This is the first fruit of the Spirit that is mentioned; it is a result of the Spirit's work and effort. We are called to walk after the Spirit and walk in love; God empowers us to be able to do so! Using the main point that "law (or law keeping) is easy, but grace is hard," Nate shares on how we sometimes try to righteous ourselves rather than allowing God to righteous us. The reason for this is as humans, we are naturally geared towards religion. But Christ has come to set us free from the Law and law keeping. Thus, we are saved by grace through faith! All we need to do is actively have faith, and He will actively righteous us. This is the freedom Paul calls us to stand in!

In this message, we look at Galatians 2:11-21. What we find is that when Paul says we are justified by faith in Christ, we are actually "righteoused" in Christ. This is a passive verb for us, meaning, the only way we can be set in right standing with God is for us to receive his "righteousing" us! We actively have faith in Him, and He actively "righteouses" us! Before He righteouses us, we need to be crucified with Christ. As we are, we also rise with Him in newness of life. Then and only then can we say with our lives, "Christ lives in me!"
This is the 3rd week of our Galatians series! Pastor Tim shares on Galatians 2:1-9. In this passage, we see the care, the energy and the effort Paul used to preserve the true Gospel that he would preach. He made sure that he was doing what God called him to do IN THE WAY God wanted Him to do it. We are called to do the same! We do so in accountability and discipleship to others. This is a timely message for us to preserve the Gospel to share with those around us!
In this second message in our "Galatians" series, we look at Galatians 1:11-24. Paul really makes a compelling argument that distances himself from Jerusalem and the leaders at Jerusalem. He did this for apologetic reasons, to defend the faith. His point was that the gospel he had received and given was directly from Jesus. His life was a perfect example of the true gospel because only the real gospel can change lives like his. Man's gospel cannot bring this change: the true gospel changes everything!
This is the first message in our "Galatians" series! Pastor Tim sets the tone of the series by focusing on what Paul shares in the beginning and the end of Chapter 1 of Galatians: Glorifying God. The true Gospel glorifies God. The fake gospel which the Judaizers were sharing dishonors God. In Chapter 1, Paul sets the tone of the letter, and the ultimate goal of a Christian's life: Glorify God.
In this message, Pastor Ryan O'Connor takes us through chapters 37-40 of Genesis with a focus on the story of Joseph. Joseph was able to excel and succeed anywhere he found himself. He did this because the favor of God was upon him! In the pit, favor was upon him. In Potiphar's house and even in prison, favor was upon him. When he was second in command in Egypt, favor was upon him! He was able to thrive in even the most difficult situations because he did not complain wherever he was and worked to the glory of God. In this way, he made his deserts bloom. Pastor Ryan recommends we do the same!

Setting the stage first with why the body of Christ, including Freedom, needs to focus on spiritual discipline, he then moves on to one of the most important disciplines for the Christian: Prayer. For the Christian, prayer is never meant to stop; it is meant to go on continuously. Finally, we finish the message by looking at the example of Jesus, what He did in His earthly life, and what He is doing now. Our hope is that you would be encouraged to live a life of prayer!
