Brian Reynolds story is a fascinating and inspiring one. As a young man, Brian was buying almost one property per month at one point. He had attended a Tony Robbins event and from that point decided to Go Big, but then he broke his own rules by buying a couple of liabilities that overstretched him when the property crash kicked in. 

His health suffered and Brian was forced to sell off his portfolio of properties or then eventually hand the keys back of the rest to the bank.  Some of the lessons within this podcast are like gold and it's worth running in a few times to get the full impact of Brians story.
